1st Princess Nails & Spa — Attraction in Orlando

Horrible service ! Went here for the first time paid $70 to have my nails done asked for square but more coffin bc I like the edges to not stick out. The owners wife applied them crooked and filed them like duck nails. Several people told me it looks like I have toes on my hands. One nail turns inward. I paided extra for a manicure and told her before we started she said ok after. Results being my cuticles are under the nail so 2 days after they started lifting. I go back 3 days after bc I can’t stand them. The owners wife says the owner will fix them come back in 2 days at 10am. So I come back 2 days after as soon as I walk in the owner tells me no 12 o’clock I said no I was told to be here at 10 o’clock he goes not what my book says you come later I’m busy. I said I took off work to be here. I can’t come back later he starts raising his voice at me telling me he’s busy I said sir in a very calm voice please stop talking over me and let me explain he kept interrupting me finally I told him id be back later bc I’m so stressed he’s yelling at me then his wife came from the back and started yelling at me everyone in the shop is looking at us. I walked out and now I have to go back for a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE update 8 days after nails were put on 2 cracked 2 fell off...

Called on Tuesday for a mani / pedi appointment on Friday evening because I know that can be a busy time and I wanted to make sure I had an appointment because I had an event on Saturday. Appointment was at 6:15 on Friday so showed up at 6:15 but no appointment in the books and no one available to do my nails. I thought maybe I had called the wrong place so looked in my phone log and nope, I called them at 5:15p on Tuesday to make the appointment. The man I talked to took my name and said “see you on Friday”. When no one was available to o do a mani / pedi, they offered that I could wait 45 minutes but I wasn’t going to do that so I went to a different salon and had a wonderful experience.

Just like that one company lost a long time customer (I had been going there for several years) and another gained a customer. I have to be able to depend on my nail place so that I know when they say I have an appointments that I have one.

Their services are good but nothing extraordinary that other nail salons don’t provide so it was easy to switch...

Zero stars. Rude and dismissive technicians on both attempts to get a fill. The first time, I was asked to wait 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and gave up. As I got up to leave, they suddenly asked me to pick a color, but I just said, "I'm sorry, I just have to go." The second time, I asked for a fill and was curtly told "no, we don't have time today." Not "can you come back later, or call for an appointment".. There were 2 other customers and 3 technicians there, on a Sat. afternoon, and nobody was waiting. Worst attitude and service I've ever seen in a nail shop, period.

This is a husband and wife business and it is horrible, they are greedy and selfish...it is really unbecoming of business owners!!!

THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE AREA....I WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER NAIL SHOP TO GO TO...
