I normally don’t write negative reviews, but our experience was so bad that it is unfortunately warranted in this case. My wife and I stopped by on a Monday night to get some açaí bowls. We arrived at 8:15pm and placed our order by 8:20pm. We sat right in front near the pick up window and patiently waited. As we were waiting, one person in a group that ordered before us was given the wrong order and asked to have theirs redone. It was done at about 8:30pm. Another couple who ordered before us received their order about 8:40pm. At 8:47pm another customer arrived and placed an order. At 8:50pm, my wife went to the window to check on our order. The response was that our order had been made a while ago. This clearly wasn’t the case. Without any apology, they said they would quickly make it again. At 8:55pm, the customer who arrived at 8:47pm, received their order. Finally, at 8:58pm almost 40 minutes after our order was placed, our buzzer finally went off to say that our order was ready. BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE! Yep, you guessed it. One of our orders was wrong. When I asked the girl who seemed to be in charge if we might be able to be compensated with a free açaí bowl for our next visit as a courtesy for the inconvenience she tried to blame it on multiple things (the buzzer must have been out of range - we were 10-12ft away, someone else must have grabbed our order- impossible we were 10-12ft away) while still not apologizing. She then said she didn’t have the authority to offer us any sort of compensation but if we wrote a google review we could receive 10% off our next visit. When I told her that it wouldn’t be a good review, she said that she would take down my name and number and pass it on to the manager who would contact me the next day to make things right. Well almost a week later and no call. I’m not surprised based on the lack of accountability the four different workers showed that night, but I hoped it would be better for a business that could’ve made things right very easily. This negative review could’ve been easily avoided but here we are. Unfortunately, they lost us a customer and I will encourage others to go to 3Natives in SODO in the future for a better, faster, and less...
Read moreThis location is slacking, big time! I frequent here often and today may be the last.
I waited for 40 minutes for an Acai CUP not even a bowl- that's 2 scoops, 1 fruit, some granola and honey....a cup of lemonade and tostones. When I went back to the counter to ask for an update they had essentially forgotten and passed an excuse that they were backed up however there was no line when I got there and no line when I came back. It took them 3 minutes to make the order at that point and when I went to the hot counter - the person understood English minimally and repeatedly tried to give me the wrong order. Not to mention the last 3 times their system which logs your points was down.
The time previous - I actually witnessed this happen to another customer. That particular day, the staff was all giggles and chatty while people were squeezing under a small covering to stay out the rain. They are either severely unorganized or need a manager able to actually manage the young staff.
We are all working class people - please take our time and money seriously especially when the cost of what's being offered is high and half of it is Publix freezer flash fried...
Read moreFood here is always amazing, love the acai bowls and empanadas, coffee is delicious as well. However, their customer service is frequently lacking- long wait times, wrong orders, hot and cold foods coming out at very different times. The workers never seem to care or be apologetic. Their beepers are unreliable to let you know the food is ready. I was given a beeper and told it would go off when my food was ready, it was a busy day with live music and a lot of commotion out front. They had apparently called my order but not set off the beeper, I would not hear anything over the music. When I finally asked where my order was after waiting 45 minutes, they simply said, oh well we called your name, making it feel as if I were to blame. I witnessed several other customers coming up to ask the same. An intercom system or text notifications, or some other more reliable communication system is necessary. I would come here way more often if it wasn't such a hassle, it feels like they're trying to do too much out of these trucks that it's over...
