D'Pets - Pet Grooming — Attraction in Orlando

My husband and I brought our precious dog Stella to this grooming place. And before walking into the door I called and the greeting on the other end was so welcoming and he answered my questions and I was able to make an appointment right over the phone. And then today on 2/12/2024 at 12 pm we had her appointment. So we left the house a little earlier to fill out any paperwork and also to ask some remaining questions that I had. I’ve never taken a dog to a pet grooming place so I wanted to make sure she would be safe although I could tell it was a great place by its cleanliness and the atmosphere. And the guy was so awesome. Stella went right into his arms and I knew she felt safe and comfortable. That’s what any pet owner wants for their fur baby. So then we left her to be in their hands for about 3 hrs. It’s very affordable as well. We did add teeth cleaning which was an additional cost but it was worth it and it only cost $5 extra dollars that’s a good deal. Well then we got the text that she was ready to be picked up and my husband went and got her which the place is in only 8 or so minutes away. I couldn’t wait to see her. When she got home I was like ready to cry she looks so adorable they even accessorized her with two bows and a pretty bandana. Also they told my husband when he picked her that she was so good. So we treated her to one of her pup cream with some whip cream cause she goes crazy for those. She deserved it for being a good little girl. And then I called the grooming place to tell them thank you and that they did a great job. And he was so appreciative of the feedback and also told me she was a good girl. So he told me what is the recommended time to take her in. We agreed monthly is good enough for her. But if I want to take her in sooner for just a wash I can. But she doesn’t run around outside all day and we keep her clean. Anyways If you are looking for a place for your fur babies this is the spot for sure. And they groom cats as well. I give this place a 10/10 I absolutely recommend them. I won’t be taking my Stella anywhere else. I’ve been bringing my baby to D’Pets for almost 8 years now, and I can confidently say they are absolutely amazing. I’ve never had a single issue – they are always sweet, gentle, and incredibly caring with Amora and everyone that I referred them to.

For the past 3 years, my Amora has been looked after by Ana, and it’s the highlight of her week! She gets so excited just arriving there and seeing Ana, it’s truly a happy day for Amora. She is kind, patient, and clearly loves what she does.

The whole team at D’Pets is warm, loving, honest, hard-working, and very responsive. I also want to give a special shout-out to Idalia, who has been with us since the very beginning, even before the shop was at its current location. Her dedication and heart have always made a difference, and I’m so grateful for the care she’s given Amora over the years.

I take my dogs to D-Pets, Pet Grooming every Friday, and I can’t say enough good things about them! From the moment we walk in, it’s clear how much they truly love and care for the animals. The staff treats my dogs with so much kindness and patience — it’s like leaving them with family.

What impresses me the most is how excited my dogs are to go there each week. That says everything! The team is professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the pups are happy and looking their best. I feel so lucky to have found them.
