Edit: updating my stats since I had a rough start with this company, but they have been good with servicing and my questions. I bought a Wellis spa in February 2023. I was in the process of planning and building out my backyard oasis since June 2022 so I wanted to take my time to research hot tubs to make sure I got the best value. I went to various dealers in the area with different spa brands. In January 2023 I was ready to make a decision. I had narrowed it down to two brands, bullfrog and jacuzzi. I was ready to pull the trigger on the Jaccuzi, but I went one last time to Unique Spa to look at the bullfrog model. I wasn’t as pleased so the sales team talked me into looking at Wellis for the “value”. The things I shared that were important to me and what I needed from a hot tub were aesthetics (going for a modern look), quality build, technology (I have a smart house where I control everything from my phone so wanted remote spa control), a lounge seat, good hydrotherapy jets, audio speakers, and exterior/interior spa lights. So Norman thought I’d get all that for less than the other brands while still getting a quality spa so he suggested the Wellis since I also had a budget to stay within. Fast forward to today when I finally set-up my hot tub (electrical was finally set-up)
I was under the impression that my spa had WiFi remote control capabilities, but I don’t. This whole process was too detailed and long for me to find an important detail like that out after install. I sure wish the sales team was more transparent and clear during the sales process. When I called yesterday to express my concerns on the WiFi capabilities not working I was told it wasn’t included and that’s why it wasn’t working. I was shocked and confused, so they offered me to upgrade to get the WiFi control added for $300. Sorry, but I just spent a fortune on a huge project and don’t feel like I should get nickel and dimed. That should have been clear during the sales process. Truthfully, they should have offered to add it to my spa at no cost, after all, when I bought this model I was under the impression it was included (as reflected in the picture below shown as a standard feature to this tub). Another thing that I was disappointed with was that my neighbor bought the same brand but at a higher line (Monte Blanc) in November 2022, and paid less than I did . I brought that up to Alan the sales guy and he dismissed it saying they throw different sales all the time. Well, supposedly while I was there shopping for that brand it was a “sale”, yet I paid more than my neighbor for a smaller and lower level spa. Clearly, it didn’t stop me from making the purchase, but it wasn’t a “feel good” experience. I purchased a lift, and when they came to install it, they didn’t install it correctly. The corner of the cabinet is not flushed against the cabinet and now that the lift has been installed there’s really nothing I can do to adjust it unless the lift is removed. This particular lift is glued to the spa cover so that’s going to be interesting when they come out to fix it. I called on a Saturday (today) for them to come out to fix it, but they’re closed on weekends so our unit is going to be exposed to the elements and running up my bill until their service department opens up on Monday since the corner is open and the insulation panel is not doing its job of insulating my spa (smh). Overall, I’m not happy with the sales process and the feeling that I was deceived. The delivery guys were nice and the guys that came to set up my spa were nice, but that’s all I have good to say about my experience. I’m hoping things are better from here as they will be servicing my hot tub for the next 5 years while it’s under warranty.

Do not let Reece install your pool! Until recently I have been completely happy with both my hot tub and my above ground pool. I purchased my Pool about 7 years ago. Well, it was time to get a new liner, salt system, and pump. I purchased all these for around $3,000. My pool sat empty during the winter so the old empty liner accumulated leaves and twigs. I have had 5 surgeries in the past 2 years so I hired Reece from Unique pools to do the install. Well agreed upon a price ($800) and he showed up a few days later to start the work. He did an awful job. My pool is 2” out of being level, he didn’t mount the salt system correctly ( I had to do it later), I also had to put the railing into place because 4 pieces of the top rail were not fastened with screw. Worst of all, he left screws,( that were missing from top rails), twigs, sticks, leaves under the new liner that will eventually poke thru and ruin my new liner. ($400). Since I just had my ACL replaced I could not inspect before filling up with water because I could not climb in. I Immediately called Reece to come and fix all his deficiencies. He laughed and said everything was perfect. Then proceeded to argue and make fun of the situation.I also should mention he was smoking weed the entire time while working. The only way to fix it now is to drain my pool and take liner back out and remove everything.($250 for salt and chemicals) I asked Unique pools to come back out and fix. That was the weekend before Memorial Day. 3 months ago. I have called and texted 10 times. No managers responded until this week with their response being we can send Reece back out as they have no other installers. After the insults from him per our early conversations I refused because of fear of retaliation. I hope this helps anybody trying to decide on buying pools or hot tubs. I l love my hot tub and my pool but the recent customer service have left me not recommending this place for anyone. I gave every chance to Unique pools to make this right with a smile on my face. I am disappointed. I have spent over $25,000 dollars in the last few years and they treated me poorly. I was going to purchase a new swim spa this winter but I’m now going somewhere else. If you do buy a pool from here do not let Unique pools install. If you hear the name Reece refuse. It will not end well.

We want to express our appreciation to "Big Al" at Unique Pools and Spas in Orlando. This was our first Hot Tub, and he thoroughly explained every each model and brand they carry in the style we were looking for. He was just such a down to earth, genuine guy, no pressure sales, that made us feel comfortable. He explained all the current deals with different manufacturers, what he had in stock, and what we could order. After a few days contemplating, we went with the Nordic Crown II. The delivery and set up was flawless and great communication during the entire process. We highly recommend Big Al and would refer him to anyone knowing they will be in good hands. Thanks again Big Al for all your help!

We were looking for a hot tub and we wanted one that was 110V with a heater. We narrowed down our search to Dream Maker Spas. Unique Pools Spas & Billiards were an authorized dealer for the manufacture. We went to the show room on September 3rd and talked with Norman. He asked what he could do for us and we already had in mind the EZ Spa by Dream Maker. He showed us the two models they had at the showroom floor. He was not trying to push us into something bigger or better and was answering all of our questions we had. We made the purchase that day for the spa we were looking for and purchased the show room model.

Dream maker, that this time, was offering free options and since we liked the one they had in the show room he said he could add the Ozone generator as one of the free options.

Norman said they could have it ready by Tuesday but we chose a delivery date for Thursday. They gave us a delivery window of two hours for that day.

Not more than 10 minutes into the delivery window the delivery guys showed up. These guys were awesome and moved the spa very carefully. They were very nice and answered all my questions and even moved the spa for me where I wanted it to go.

This is one of the best options for purchasing Dream Maker Spas from Unique as they will deliver and move the spa where you want it to go. If you purchase directly from Dream Maker they will only drop it off on your driveway.

I have since called Unique Pools Spas & Billiards many times after the delivery of our Spa with questions and they are always happy to help. We have shopped other places and to date this place has been the best! We will be telling our friends & family that if they need anything for their back yard (pool, spa, whatever) to stop here first! This...
