Google tends to give directions to James Kriegh Park to the upper parking lot. I prefer parking in the parking lot down below. This one is for the Oro Valley Aquatics center and overlooks Canyon Del Oro High School. This park went through a face lift in the last few years. It is great for all ages, including a little bit more of a challenging play structure for the older kids complete with ropes to climb across and monkey bars. If you bring hot wheels cars, there is a track on the smaller Plat structure. There are musical pipes and drums. Three spinning things, and both regular swings and those that have a full seat/back/ and front that lowers over the child. This park truly offers something for all ages. And if you ever curious the snack bar all of the profit 100% goes back to CDO...

These bleachers even had handrails to use to climb to higher seating, and the foot area was designed to keep your personal items from falling to the ground. Great viewing for watching the swim competition. The bonus view was the beautiful Catalina Mountains.
