Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Oro Valley

This morning, I ordered my drink as I normally do online and put in my car type since I was going through the drive-thru. Normally, I go in the outer Lane and I park and wait for someone to come to me and then someone brings my drink to me. Today however, Andrea decided that she would ignore me and glare at me when I parked there. I had waved and smiled at her when I first got there, and she ignored me and went to two other cars. When she got to me she said "what did you want! "I said I have a to go order for Devy, and she said "you have to wait! You still have to wait even though you have a to-go order." I told her that normally I park there wave at the person, smile, and wait. I'm there every day and they bring it out to me and she said "you still have to wait!!"I told her okay, I will park and walk to the window. I did so and She went inside to hand me the drink and turned her back on me. I said, "You're welcome" since she was being so rude to me. She still ignored me and walked back outside. Is this a coffee shop or a night club bar? Wow… ok look. I went to this “coffee shop” for my first time ever this morning. Heard it was tasty and it was closer than Dunkin’, Starbucks etc… so I went and got a coffee, a double expresso for $6.50 (I forget name at the moment..) anyways, the coffee was great. I thought ok great coffee, 2 shots of expresso, $6.50 cool a little high but all good.

This is where it gets obnoxious on my return visit later that same day in afternoon.

I ordered the same exact thing. Except blended. The order was $8.50… huh? $2.00 additional to blend my coffee with ice?! I thought maybe it was slight mistake so I clarified at window, nope it was legit smh them they had the nerve to ask “do you want a straw?” Umm, no I prefer to drink my $9 coffee through my nose thanks. Wow. I’m not cheap by any means but this...

This is my go to! Usually they are very good! However today was a day like no other. I pulled into the drive thru, 20 minutes went by before an employee even came out of the building. Both lines were wrapped around the building into the adjacent parking lot! Finally, we start moving. A lady that pulled up 10 minutes after me was served first... frustrating but what ever. I get to the window 30 minutes later and there is one employee in the entire building that is busting her tail, trying to keep up, while the rest of her coworkers are hiding in the back! WAY TO GO ABBIE C!!!! YOU ARE A ROCK STAR! You are the only reason I'm giving service 5 stars. Your other coworkers should be ashamed! Dutch Bros make Abbie C a manager... this location clearly...
