**UPDATE to reply to owner: First of all my husband does not use that kind of language, especially in a public environment. Second, he returned less than an hour after getting his food. I know for a fact because he had called and told me everything that was happening when it happened. He got his food around 9 and returned it around 10. His friend saw the blue on his food right after they got the order and ate the whole thing and immediately got sick. I don't appreciate a business lying to make themselves look better. The manager was rude the whole time. If she had apologized and tried to make it right, we would not be leaving this review and we would be returning. We have told so many people how great this place was, so it's really sad that we don't feel comfortable returning. Original: My husband could not put these pictures on his review so I'm adding them. He got takeout and noticed when he started eating that his eggs and potatoes were blue from the parchment paper on the takeout box and couldn't eat most of his meal. His friend ate his whole meal, and immediately hot sick from the food coloring left on his food. When my husband returned to the restaurant to let them know, the manager gave him a very hard time and banned him from the restaurant. My husband was kind and considerate and just wanted to inform her of the situation. The manager gave him an attitude when he was talking to another customer, even though the other customer initiated the conversation. If the manager had been professional with him, we'd have no problem going there to eat because the food is amazing! But since she acted that way, we will not be returning. My church's ladies have monthly brunch there as well, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Locally family owned business which is one of the reasons I chose this place. The mother in law of the owner was our waitress. Extremely kind and definitely offered to help make things right. Our adult beverages were ok except the Inferno Bloody Mary should have been called an Artic Bloody Mary. Nothing spicy about it and we should have had an option to fix that.. Flautas were good but didn't come with the salsa verde as described on the menu. The pico de gallo made them worth eating, but it was not fresh. I had the saddest Monte Cristo ever. A slice of ham, a slice of turkey, a slice of cheese. It is griddled vs deep fried. Their way could be improved for the cost of the sandwich. The most underwhelming sandwich is the Green Chile Pulled Pork Sandwich. The meat was cold and not pulled. It was chunks of meat on bread with cold dried up onions. We asked for salsa verde to mix with it after we pulled the pork ourselves.. It didn't work as the sandwich was still flavorless. Salsa Verde has to be from a can which is dissapointing considering where we live. 4 televisions in the place and not one turned on. The descriptions on the menu simply don't match what you actually get. Rooting for them but I can't see myself returning.

Candidly, I’m a bit turned-off by the name of this restaurant, so much so that if it had not been for a recommendation of one of my ‘gastronomically astute’ friends, I would not have gone. But, am I GLAD I did. Wow. We went at a not particularly busy time, 11:30 a.m. on a Thursday, but we were seated right away, the order was taken promptly, and (wow!) the food was served in less than 10 minutes … and it was hot and DELICIOUS. The chicken fried steak with sausage gravy was perfect (with lots of sausage) and the eggs were cooked to perfection as I ordered them. I didn’t really think the ‘sour’dough bread toast was very sour-doughy, but it was still good. The best CFS I’ve had around here. My friend’s “traditional” eggs benedict, he said was the best EB he has ever eaten. I tasted the hollandaise sauce, and I can see why. Butter for miles. All in all, it is a good breakfast/brunch place. And, the people are friendly. One comment I’d make is that, with the ‘garage door’ closed to the patio, the noise inside is a lot. We were treated to a long and boisterous conversation among four other patrons right next to us. If it had been a bit warmer, we could have seated ourselves outside and could have avoided the din.

Hello I am writing this to not only warn against ordering takeout but in hopes that they would change their paper they use for their takeout orders because they could be shutdown for not using food safe material. Let this be a warning to the manager and owner specifically.... I began my day by picking up my disabled friend and heading out for breakfast. I told him I knew a good place to eat and I now regret it. We ordered the classic breakfast to go. The hostess was nice and food was served fairly fast. Upon leaving my friend starting eating and finished his food before I even took a bite of mine. I was over halfway through my food and realized my eggs were blue!😬 and upon examination my potatoes were too! I told my friend about it and he was upset about it. We jumped back in my car to return the food and notify Dibellas of the problem. Unfortunately we couldn't make it there and my friend had to throw up and use the restroom... Whether it was psychological or it actually upset his stomach I couldn't say but I can tell you it wasn't right either way. As I pulled into the parking lot my stomach and throat began to feel funny (upset). I have a few food allergies therefore I do not consume food coloring and additives in my food, if I can help it. I took my takeout box into Dibellas and asked for the manager to show them my problem. The manager came over to her and I expressed that I have been there before with other friends and even recommended this place to others. She recognized my face and asked what my problem was. I told her my food was blue because of the paper that's inside the takeout styrofoam box. I opened up the box and showed her my blue stained food , in which she showed no regards or even apologized. All she said is I was the only one who has ever complained about this and it's not a problem. Well... it is a problem and since they have only been open a little over 4 months I would assume no one has noticed yet. My friend ate the whole meal without even noticing!! We put our trust and faith in these restaurants to provide food quality materials and that the food is cooked properly. The last thing I want to do,when eating out, is examine my food everytime I go out to eat, but I'm gonna start today and check to make sure my food is OK for now on. She raised her voice at me and argued that I'm the only one with that complaint and still didn't care to examine the blue all over my food. She took my box and threw it out proceeding to bag up the garbage and dispose of the evidence... I asked for my box back in which she hesitated to do but she did eventually give it back... she got mad and told me to never come back! I then asked for a refund of my money and that I would now leave a review because of her intense mishandling of the situation. I had planned on coming back to dine in but after her aggressive stance and telling me to never come back...I guess I never will. She gave me a refund still with no apology and chased me out. It didn't end there.... After leaving another couple sitting outside asked me what the problem was and she aggresively and immaturely told me not to talk to her customers. The man said that he engaged in conversation with me and asked me questions first. She then stomped off back inside, which made the customers very uncomfortable and speechless... I APOLOGIZED to the couple because I didn't mean for them to be involved. He said it's not your fault, got up and paid his bill and left right behind me. I'm still a little sick to my stomach from eating their "blue eggs, potatoes and toast" There is no food good enough to deal with that kind of customer service. Steer clear of this place! If you insist on still trying Dibellas out, do not order out! I have pictures...

Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy their food but I am writing based on my experience. If you have food allergies I would stay clear of this place as they don’t seem to take them seriously. I rarely eat out because of my allergies but I had my sister confirm weeks ago when they went out to eat here that my allergen was not in their food since they are a from scratch kitchen. She was told I should be safe expect for their chicken tender which are frozen (so not a scratch kitchen) and eggs Benedict and any tortilla meals so still I decent amount of options for me. I ordered excited to have some breakfast and notified the waitress of my allergy to avoid cross contamination. Unfortunately they bring out my food and the maple syrup is not 100% pure maple syrup and has my allergen and it spilt all over my plate so I needed a new order. The butter they provide is also not real butter it is vegetable oil stuff. They made a new plate but that was it and not great without syrup it was dry. I also ordered a side of bacon which they rang up as upgraded to a meal which should have included eggs but never said that is the way it needed to be rang up or asked if I wanted the eggs I was going to be paying for. Just a lot of issues with allergies, not great ingredients, not really being a stretch kitchen, and ringing things in one way but not notifying costumers of that. I will not be back I would rather go to snooze up the street where they check to make sure no allergens are included...
