SPENGA Tucson — Attraction in Oro Valley

We to a class a few weeks ago with some friends. The facility and studio are very nice, clean, and well kept. They have lockers (that don’t require a personal lock) and private bathrooms with small toiletries to freshen up with after class. The studio space is separated from the entrance/lockers. It is very large and spacious with the spin bikes in the front, weight area in the middle, and mats in the back. All equipment is provided.

The staff/instructors were so nice, welcoming, and gave a tour of the space, a rundown of how the class works, and what to expect. They made sure my friends and I were all set up on our bikes and that we understood what to look for and monitor during our spin series.

The workout itself was excellent. Instruction and atmosphere was energetic, exciting, and challenging. I highly recommend this studio!

As a mother of four with a busy schedule, finding time for myself isn’t always easy but joining Spenga a little over a year ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I love the structure of the classes and how efficient the workout is spin, strength, and yoga all in one session! The instructors do an incredible job of motivating not just me, but everyone in the room. It truly feels like a supportive community. & the yoga at the end? That’s the treat after all the hard work. It’s the perfect way to reset, recharge, and walk out feeling strong and centered. Highly recommend to anyone juggling a lot but still wanting to prioritize their health...

the only reason this is not a 5 star review is that Spenga needs to have all instructors pay attention to the individuals proper form on the weight floor. The only instructor that does this is Chavonne. The others show you the exercise then walk up and down the center aisle but do not correct individuals on improper form. Chavonne does an excellent job correcting improper form, and does so explaining the reasons while actually assisting, thereby improving the overall experience, confidence and safety.
