Me and my brother came to a basketball game last night Tuesday December 18,2024 and it was so very difficult finding a parking place up close to the venue once inside we had to walk plum on the other side of the arena to find elevators to get up on the next level it was awful just pathetic once at our section 218 the security wouldn’t let us sit in our rolinators at our section . So we had to walk all the way back to the open area behind the goal and American flag was and sit there for the game there wasn’t any restroom on that lever nor concessions …….. this place isn’t handicapped friendly we...

I really wish I could leave 5 stars. The venue itself is top tier. The product on the court also great. The ticket staff not so much. I had a horrible experience trying to get my family into a game. I even reached out to the university several times without ever hearing anything back regarding the extremely unprofessional treatment of the “security” staff.
