Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Mississippi

I occasionally get a bagel for lunch or breakfast at this place. Two days ago, when I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond shimmer. I got my bagel, but it didn't taste right! I couldn't eat more than two bites, I went back to the staff and asked whether it is a fresh bagel, they tried to hide it until one of them got me the same exact order, but this time was fresh.
