I LOVE the customer service here. It's unlike any of the other Insurance competitors out there due to fact that Julios ( in Oxnard) is VERY personal with all their customer's. Every single time I call no matter who answers I have felt welcomed and attended to. The latest situation I experienced through my Primary Insurance carrier was troubling for my wife & I, we actually weren't sure if we would be retained by the carrier however because of Dilsia everything that we needed to happen happened - thanks all in part to Dilsia's attention to detail, and expertise! We just were informed by Dilsia today that we are "back on track" & that we still will retain our Insurance carrier which we we hoping would happen. I hope that the management team @ Julios Insurance in Oxnard realizes that they've put together a a great team of specialists & that they let their team know that they are doing an awesome job day in and day out for satisfied customers like myself. Let me explain so I call to restate my insurance I speak with a young lady there and everything went smoothly ok cool. A month Later I get a new insurance card and the date stated 4/13-5/13 I was confused so I call and question it right. So the young lady explains to me that thatâs how they provide insurance I said no Iâve never heard of something like that. I said so you mean on a monthly basis Iâll be get a new insurance card she yes I said that crazy and makes no sense to me she I explained that to you I said no you didnât because if you wouldâve said that to me I wouldâve said something then. Why not just do the 6 months or 1 yr policy? I was so confused and Iâm still confused because thatâs so ridiculous to me.    Read moreI was recommended here because I was told that I could get everything done at once which was car insurance, transfer and registration. When I arrived I was treated well and started the insurance paper work which was pretty expensive just for liability ($200/month) but since I was excited I didnât care too much. I was told that the DMV system was down so it could take about 2 hours to start the transfer and registration. We decided we were gonna come back once it was back up and running that same day. The end of the day came and it was still down, Monday came and still nothing. Today itâs already Thursday and I still only have liability but canât drive my car and they canât prorate my money so I can continue to achieve my goal. This is really inconvenient and I wouldnât come back to Julioâs Auto Insurance.
