San Pedro Beach — Attraction in Pacifica

Great spot to overland at night , or watch surfers and just soak it all in . I recently discovered overlanding and decided to visit on 9/10/2021. I read other reviews form an array of platforms . I showed up after 8 and the signs posted so state parking is free after that time . I back S into a beach view spot and watched the sunset and surfers . There are restrooms near by and also a restaurant as well . Bring a jacket as after the sun sets it gets chilly . If you plan to overland, be prepared that there are some noises from the highway , and late night visitors , Erving there vehicles to make there impression . Agin it’s part of the experience. What a lovely beach for family fun. It is also very popular with surfers of all ages and levels. Beach is shallow and gorgeously clear for a good stretch. Still be careful with the kids, watch them when they are in the water. Two Parking lots, but still pretty full on weekends. We waited for sometime to get parking. $7 for 4 hours or $9 full day.
