This small cafe is a local family owned and operated business. During busy days, you can tell they keep providing the best service possible. Nancy is kind and friendly, usually the only waittress. It's a nice small place and they do rearrange a couple of tables for bigger parties. We've tried various plates from here, but the following 2 are top favorites (there was a 3rd but forgot to take a picture). The following is the Maya Burger ( added bacon and egg) highly recommended and is available after 11 AM. The other is a banana French toast that was superior in taste compared to many other places in the Bay Area. Lastly, the Dollar size pancakes are ones that you should try. During all of our visits, here have always been a 5 out of 5 for the food and service, even during busy hours, and we understand that is extremely difficult for a small business to do every day. Yes, they open every day, and the shopping center has various places to check out after a nice meal.

Really good diner food, we have breakfast here regularly. It's really clean and the staff is very friendly. You can get pretty much everything you'd expect in a diner. Portion sizes are ok, but not huge, and it is not really cheap. Unclear if you can bring your dog, first time was no problem, second time we were told only service dogs are allowed in.

Open for dine in so we did, social distancing, I had the Swiss omelet, added spinach and a side of French toast. It was prepared quick and assembled beautifully it tasted even better! The hasbrowns were golden and crispy!

As a Breakfast advocate and a local: this little gem, although tucked away in a busy shopping center has so much to offer. I am a stickler for Customer service, clean environments...and of course.. GOOD FOOD. I ordered the French Toast, which was impeccable and absolutely divine. My Wife ordered a vegetable omelette (w/ sausage) and they did not miss a beat!!

....so don't let this old shopping center scare you off! If you want somewhere closer to the beach, get it to-go and enjoy it front row across the way with your toes...

Eggs, toast, fruit bowl, sausage, bacon, dollar pancakes ect...they have the utmost quality...that place deserves a mom and pop owned shopping center, KIMCO is a corporate monster that should be shut down...rents are out of control and push out family owned business...I do not like the location...all the waitresses are super sweet and attentive....my only grudge is their peerless coffee,it's horrible and always has lots of bubbles like soap...they also need sugar in the raw option....almost...
