THE VILLAGES AT PACIFICA APARTMENTS — Attraction in Pacifica

If I could give this place a Zero stars I would this is a horrible place to live I'm currently moving out . The manager named Shannon is a disgustingly rude and aggressive person! If she don't like you she'll make a lot of false complaints to get you kicked out. Shannon is a horrible person honestly I was here for a few years and having her as a manager just makes people want to leave. If she believes you abuse you're animals she will walk into you're apartment and take said animals. This is a smoke free resident yet I have and multiple other residents here have witnessed her smoking cigarettes and cannabis on her balcony (she lives on property)or walking around in the complex she is also racist. Honestly this place was good until they changed management it's very disappointing I will be filing a complaint with her manager directly because she makes residents here feel uncomfortable not to long ago I was walking and over heard her children say that they had took some coke from there mother and that there mother is the landlord which is disgusting and explains why she acts the way she does I feel like she is abusing her power as a manager I gave them a one star I do not recommend...

I love living here. This is hands down the most down to earth management team I have come across. We moved here from San Francisco to get away from the busy city and crazy rent prices. I have never been bothered in my home and the manager Shannon is very respectful and responsive to issues that come up. I never want to leave because understanding management is so hard to come by nowadays. So many people complain but those people are the individuals who don’t want to follow the rules outlined in their leasing contract!! Shannon takes the time to post a monthly news letter on everyone’s door informing them of what’s going on in the complex and providing information for community events in the areas. 1,000% recommend this place to anyone who understands that rules are rules and just want to live in peace. If rating 0 was possible I would rate Villages at Pacifica a big 0 . We have been living here 10 years . A few years ago they built studio’s below our units where carports once existed . Since then it’s been like living in a nightmare . The tenants below smoke cigarettes and weed all day and night. The smoke comes into our unit almost every day . Management has sent letters warning tenants not to smoke. They don’t listen . Nothing happens but a worthless note it seems . This is been going on...
