The most disrespectful employee I have ever met. My mother, who has a very slight Russian accent, and I entered the store, and the female attendent came to the counter. My mother first told the woman what she needed, in simple terms, and the woman showed no sign of recognition. Figuring it was a language issue, I explained on her behalf, only for her to repeat what I said in different words, as if I had no idea what I was talking about. She said "Well, that's what I was asking." My mother said "that's what we have been trying to tell you." She snapped at my mother, calling her rude, and refused to provide her name, after threatening to call police on us if we didn't leave.

The simple task we needed to do was just to transfer service from an old phone to a newer one. How this was a difficulty for her to understand, I have no idea. Extremely rude and hostile. Not at all what I expected from a...

Today (10/28/19) at 3:33 p.m. I was at the store to make an another line and get a cellphone. By the way, I explained the situation to the salesperson and was terrifying attended by a Woman that was working in the store. When I explained my order she put her hands on her head and looked like impatient. Furthermore that disrespect with the costumer, she was not helpful with us. Therefore, if you have self-respect, don't go there in that weekday and hour. Save your money and your dignity.

When we are going to buy something, the minimum that we wish is a respectful attention. But there was not here.
