I purchased a VGT actuator from AVI. It was installed by my mobile mechanic into my ISL9 Cummins powered motorhome. after only 10 miles it had intermittent communications failure codes. It was removed and thinking it might be the Turbo itself ordered a new Turbo, ran the calibration 3 times and it passed. Installed actuator on Turbo and it failed. I sent a email to the company pointing this out and called them with this info. They still are insisting the "we did something" refusing to honor the warranty. I have asked how can I inject or my mechanic install it in such a way to inject water in a supposed sealed unit. Their only answer is...

Andrew was very helpful in diagnosing the bad reman. actuator and we got it swapped out without any issues. The new reman. has been going strong for a month now with no...

What a joke of a place. Rooms filled with sewer cameras. Did they...
