The Flower Shop — Attraction in Palestine

I live out of state and called to order flowers for my cousins funeral. I ordered a $100 basket with a mix of multi colored flowers. They sent me a picture of a basket with all yellow flowers within 30 minutes of my call. Nothing like I order. I texted back about the multi colored flowers with no answer. When they finally answered , they had already delivered the flowers and stated they didn’t hear their phone. I told her I ordered multicolored flowers when I ordered. She said she must not have heard me. This is very poor service. The basket was not very attractive and not what I ordered. I don’t usually write reviews but this should have been done right. Funerals are a hard time for families and it’s hard when you live so far away and can’t be there. You want to send something nice for the family. I would not recommend this flower...

Would have rather if they didn't have flowers ordered that even if they substitute some money ought to be refunded to customer also website was used they could have easily updated website that certain arrangements not available due to lack of the flowers necessary to make arrangement also I ordered a certain balloon with order and that balloon was also substituted without notice and no break on money even though it was a lessor balloon these are things that could be addressed to make future customers feel better about their purchases might would order from company again but not 100% satisfied with order lucky enough for me my girlfriend...

The flowers we ordered were absolutely beautiful!! In our grief, we forgot all about ordering flowers for the service that was Monday at noon. I placed the order online Sunday morning & was worried it wouldn't make it in time for the service since the shop didn't open until 9am Monday.
