I live out of state and called to order flowers for my cousins funeral. I ordered a $100 basket with a mix of multi colored flowers. They sent me a picture of a basket with all yellow flowers within 30 minutes of my call. Nothing like I order. I texted back about the multi colored flowers with no answer. When they finally answered , they had already delivered the flowers and stated they didn’t hear their phone. I told her I ordered multicolored flowers when I ordered. She said she must not have heard me. This is very poor service. The basket was not very attractive and not what I ordered. I don’t usually write reviews but this should have been done right. Funerals are a hard time for families and it’s hard when you live so far away and can’t be there. You want to send something nice for the family. I would not recommend this flower...
