Florida Nail Spa — Attraction in Palm Bay

I would give this nail salon less than one star if I could!!! The worst experience and customer service ever! It left me shocked and speechless!

It was my first time going to Florida Nail salon due to some “good reviews” on their website. I scheduled an appointment with a nail tech named Tina for 11am. Upon arrival, I was informed by the lady at the counter to have a seat. I assume it would be a 5 -10 minutes wait which I can live with. I sat and waited. Since it was my first time at this nail salon, I didn’t know which of the nail tech was Tina. 10 minutes turned to 20 minutes. There was no communication or apology from ANYONE as to why I had to wait. After 25 minutes, I was about to leave when Tina approached me and stated “Give me 5 mins.” Then it hit me that she had another client scheduled at the same time as mine who was sitting at her station. I was agitated but decided to wait since 5 more minutes wasn’t a big deal since I have been waiting now for 25 minutes!!! Well 5 minutes turned to 10 minutes, then 15 minutes. I left without saying a word.

Why double book clients appointments expecting us to wait? It’s extremely disrespectful. The lack of customer service is also disgusting. I will NEVER EVER go back to this establishment: Florida Nail Spa 1663 Georgia St...

This salon is Very Clean. Very nice ambience. I got a full set and brought my own polish. Once in the chair nail tech was warm friendly and did an excellent job on nails. Very detailed oriented.

Full set $55.00 dollars and tipped $15.00 dollars. Would have probably tipped more had I not been kept waiting so long.

I gave four stars because of the wait time. I arrived a little before 12:00 pm appointment was 12:30 pm. was not seen until almost 1:20 pm. Luckily I read reviews and knew there would be an extremely long wait time. I also wasn't aware of the self check in but someone came in right after me so I did check in. There were only 4 workers on Sunday and some customers left because of the wait.

The other reason I did not give 5 star is because I asked how much to just paint my toe nails and she quoted me $25.00 dollars.....I asked again to be sure and same price. I did not want or need a pedicure and I did not have any paint on my toes so $25.00 just to paint toes with my Own Polish seems way too high for me most places it's $5.00 to $10.00.

I so want to be a permanent customer here. Kim is wonderful, but time means nothing to her. The last appointment I had was an hour late. I waited because it was my day off; however, I don't want to spend my 1 day/week off work waiting to get a pedicure/manicure... I've always had a manicurist who is mostly on time (within 15 minutes of my appointment) but that has never been the case here. Kim does a great manicure and pedicure, but I have been dropping in 3-4 times this month and there is always a long wait, but at least she just tells me not today....I hope doing business this way lasts for her....unfortunately, it's just not going to work for me. When I have an appointment, I want my time to be valued, so I can get in and out and on with my day.... and from reading reviews today, I'm not the only one who feels this way.
