Burger King — Restaurant in Palm Bay

Probably the worst Burger King experience we have ever had. If we saw the bathrooms first we would not have eaten there. Per my wife the women's bathroom was worse than the men's room. No one has been in that bathroom to check on it all day and we were there around 2pm on 10/3/2021. There were no paper towels to dry your hands. Are you kidding me during Covid and everyone trying to be clean. No one flushed the urinal for several visitors.

The cashier in the drive thru was wearing her mask hanging from one ear the entire time we were waiting on our food order. We waited 5-7 minutes standing in front of the cash register to place our order and the cashier was also bagging the food for another person. She has no clue how to multitask and take our order while standing just staring at the sandwich maker making the previous person's food. Then we waited and waited for our meal to be made. Several tables definitely needed a cleaning and haven't been cleaned in a while.

Now to get to our meal We ordered 2 whoppers, 2 fries (1 fry and 1 onion ring) and 2 sodas. The whoppers had a tiny drop of ketchup on both whoppers and pretty much no mayonaise. So a pretty dry whopper. But we did get a big pile of onions on both that we took off because it was way to much. The onion rings were already made earlier that day and they were not fresh and luke warm. Then my wife wanted a coke as her drink and the coke syrup was out for regular coke so it just tasted like carbonated water. So she had to pick another soda flavor that she didn't even want. The cashier only gave us 2 napkins in our bag for the 2 of us. Did not even offer ketchup for our fries or onion rings. Obviously no one working there even wants to be there nor have they been trained to do anything correctly.

My wife and I walked out to our car and agreed we were so disappointed in this restaurant that I would never go to again. I would wonder what the health inspector would find in there if they made a surprise visit. We didn't even see the food prep area. I would definitely consider training the existing staff including the manager running the place or if I was the owner I would be looking at a complete overhaul of staff and updating the bathrooms for automatic toilet flushing, sinks, and...

EDIT 11-13-2023 So we've been here numerous times since my initial review. It has went DOWNHILL SUPER fast! They were doing so good with putting out fresh food. Now burgers taste old again, fries are always old, like super old. When I ask for fresh fries I always receive "the look". The Sodas taste absolutely horrible. Dr Pepper seems to be the only one that's drinkable. To be fair a lot of the fast food spots on Malibar have horrible tasting drinks besides the Chick-fil-A and McDonald's. Just seems like they don't clean their machines like they are supposed to. Taste like dirty hose water. Can't believe how fast this place fell back down. Super disappointed and this will definitely be my last time here. It sucks because BK can be way better than it's competition if it kept the consistency of fresh food.

Original review Ever since the renovation started the burgers and fries have been fresh! Please don't stop cooking to order! I will always be happy to wait longer for fresh food! I gave it 4 stars because my son likes the chicken fries but this seems to be the only item we can't get fresh. They are always old and disappointing. Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. Terrible service nobody was at the counter for several minutes. Went thru drive thru and this lady got my order wrong and then told me my card didn’t go thru. So I thought that was sketchy then she swiped it again and it was the order behind me I paid for! This lady was a reck she was truly incompetent and rude. I then proceeded to go inside to get my money back. Finally, took forever to get any bodies attention. Gave me a refund and then I asked for my original receipt which wasn’t even given to me to begin with the only thing I had was my order number and my phone with the recent transaction. Anyways, she ended up giving me the wrong receipt and i threw it in the trash and left. It’s disgusting the way I was treated especially when getting my refund The big tall guy walked up to me to get my card for my refund and stares at me like it’s my fault and she was cussing in the background on her phone.
