As a new card holder, I have visited Sunnyside twice since acquiring in June 2025. The outside parking lot is clean, and they mean serious business with those speed bumps! :D Once inside, I am greeted with staff seated at a check in desk, and then I move further into the dispensary which is in its main areas (leading toward the check out line) clean, dust-free, brightly lit, and wide open. Plenty of room for a busy crowd if needed. The registers are clean and bright, and the bud/medtenders, the small team members that I have met, have been nothing but kind, respectful, and extremely helpful with every and any question. I'm a very awkward sort of Three-mental-Illnesses-and-medical-issues-in-a-trench-coat sorta Gal, so I ALWAYS appreciate kindness given without thought. So for a little giving back: ! I would LOVE to see more seats/chairs in Sunnyside for their employees to be able to be seated more (other than the 1 single seat at the front, and one I found that may have been for public use? far, far to the left hand side of the register in the only corner without a light on LOL). I don't know if employees have stools to sit on while at the register but I think that, and giving some of your customers who are less able-bodied than me, places to sit to wait just in case would be a great addition! At any rate, thank you to EVERY single employee for always showing up even when or if you don't feel like it. Your single word of encouragement, advice, and kindness make a difference and I hope you get it...

Sat there, registered, put my first order in and it wouldnāt work, due to me selecting items that are discounted. Really appreciated the wasted time there, have they just told me the discount doesnāt include discounted items. So I canceled that and remade an order. It still didnāt show the discount so I told the guy at the front and he said donāt worry it will work just head on back.
I get back to Rob the budtender and he tells me Iāve been here and says on these specific dates. I said Iām sorry Rob but Iāve never been here. He said well youāve been to A Sunnyside. I said well of course just not here. So he rudely tells me I need to go remake an order as a walk in and I donāt have a discount.
After going back again, making my walk in order, and getting back to the counter for the second time, I had to wait while Rob figured out how to work the system while someone ended up having to help him.
Thank god I didnāt get Rob again. Clifford, the budtender sensed my frustrations and was able to give me the 50% discount due to the whole fiasco.
Moral of the story: Palm Bay dispensary needs to be sure who they are promoting their first time patient discounts with.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThoroughly disappointed and regret buying the "on sale" extra discount first time buy one get one on the 7 grams of shake that turned into a half ounce of powder moldy weed. It's like I'm licking a cave floor full of mold spores. As a person who has taken several college mycology courses, can confidently say this weed is stored improperly in someone's basement at the bottom of the grand canyon. I've investigated into this and I'm not the only one to notice this mold phenomenon. I'll never go back and I wish I could have my $35 back so I can buy sinus meds as I'm super sensitive to mold. I've had my medical card for 6 years in 2 different states and have been to many many dispensaries and this one is by far the worst. Don't do it. My wife warned me as she had gotten bud from you 5 months ago and said it tasted like mold then. Please store your weed better or sell it faster by having better deals so your weed isn't sitting...
