The pool is great. We've been coming here for 4 years now. Always seems nice and clean. Love the zero entry. Great for little kiddos. Employees are usually super nice. I have issues with some of the excessive rules and how each of the employees seems to interpret them differently.. We were told no inflatables. Even for our infant. So we brought pool noodles and a foam infant float to our following visit only to be told we would not be allowed to use those either. I overheard a family being told the kids could not use their snorkels and flippers. I watched 2 boys throw a football back and forth in the pool until someone was finally hit in the face. I would have classified a football under "inflatables"đ, but apparently the lifeguard on duty didn't have a problem with it. The small slide at the entry of the pool is not without its own set of undue rules. No face first. No going down backwards. Only one at a time. I mean, come on, they're kids...We still go and utilize this pool, but only when we arent able to get to a beach. I wouldn't discourage anyone from going, only to be aware of the list of rules to avoid frustration later.
I also have issues with the hours of this pool. The open swim times are terribly short and you can only visit certain days of the week.. I would love to come spend all day. I'd buy food from the concessions and spend money here. But because of how scheduling works out, I'm usually lucky to get...
Read moreThe reception lady was polite. Not satisfied with how it says on Google they close at. 8, but today closed at 5 instead. Parking lot needs to be redone and should be made of the traditional smooth pavement not bumpy gravel and grass. Not much to pick from vending machines, was expecting ice cream and maybe little more drinks to pick from. They should add a concession stand instead of vending machines. Lifeguards seem a little too strict, like for example if I wanted to swim toward the ladder in the other side of the pool they would whistle and holler no and say use the other ladder at the diving board. Also, they wouldnât let this kid bounce on diving board more than one time. It would have been more convenient if they expanded the space where the deeper end of the pool is for the swim team to use. It was too narrow, and NOT good for my claustrophobia. Other than these flaws, I thought it was fun. I enjoyed the water slide and the big mushroom shaped thing where water spewed out. Water seemed clean, and there was no âadult swimâ. The chairs were also free to sit in which is great since some places may charge you to rent...
Read moreWill never return , with in 2 minutes of entering the pool someone yelled at my husband and daughter and forced my daughter to take off her diving mask and told her she is not allowed to use. Then told us they would not refund our money.... no rule in that place says my daughter or anyone could not use a whole face mask . ( my daughter has used this for a year and it's the only way she will swim ) these days parents take dry drowning / drowning serious no one is going to tell my daughter she can't be safe with her swimming and restrict her from being comfortable with learning to swim . End of story we left within 5 minutes of arriving and we received our...
