So in the past when I've ordered online or saw the staff it was always a chill experience. Unfortunately, now I never plan to waste my money here because of my experience. I put in an order online in which it told me there was an issue, but it still also proceeded to take my money all in the same notice. I called the store location twice and no one bothered to answer. I drove to the location and saw the manager who proceeded to just smoke in front of the store entrance and when I spoke to the employee behind the counter I explained that my money was taken from my account and that I placed an order for pickup. The girl informed me that the didn't get any online order and to confirm if my funds were indeed taken from my account. I showed her my online receipt and so because they didn't receive my order I didn't get my sandwiches nor did I get my refund as I was told I needed to do that online. When I asked the girl over the counter how to do so, she had no idea and so I said thank you and left. I went online and filed my complaint only for Sherry Kakas to tell me I put the order in at a different location and needed to reach out to that location instead. I had to tell her that I sent my order and refund request to the right location and showed the store number on my receipt for a second time. Read moreI'm not sure what the problem in this place is but it's terrible. The food is ok. Standard subway food. I walked in a little before 9am. I'm the only person in the place and i have to wait 10 minutes for the only worker here to finish her argument on her cell phone about someone warching her kids. Ok. I get it. It's you're kids. She was friendly enough and did fine with my sandwich. My problem is the place is disgusting. EVERY SINGLE TABLE is dirty. The floors are terrible. There's food and trash on tables. Every table has food and/or trash under it. This should be a nice little restaurant. It's newer and has the modern Subway set up. I highly doubt that all of the nastiness was done this morning so who ever closed the store last night must not have done anything. Read moreIt has been a while since my husband and I have eaten at Subway ir anywhere out for that matter. Due to the pandemic we are just getting back out into public for our routine outings. While the quality of the food seems to have remained the same, the quantity has greatly diminished. The salads are no longer thrown in a bowl and chopped all together before being placed in your togo container. This was by far one of the biggest draws for me when deciding where I would have my salad for lunch from. As well, they no longer serve soup. Disappointment #2. As far as this particular location goes...I am glad to see the staff is at least friendly and personable (not so much the case in the past) However, they were understaffed for a Sunday afternoon and the two employees had absolutely zero urgency.
