Do not go here!! me and my wife decided we wanted pizza, decided to go there because there menu looked good..We ordered a Hawaiian pizza to go. Our mistake was not looking at the pizza because when we got home, the pizza was cold, almost no cheese, little sauce and almost no Ham. Literally no more than 10 little thin slices of ham on the whole pie!! What a Rip Off!! And the pizza tasted horrible!! No flavor what’s so ever!! Pizza Hut, and Domino’s has better flavor and put more toppings and cost way less!!! And there pizza is pricey also.. And they’re talking about raising the prices!! we didn’t even eat this over priced under topping tasteless pizza! Order somewhere else where they actually care about making good pizza that taste flavorful with toppings on it! Don’t buy a pizza like this for top price that Carrabelle quality in skips on toppings! Bizzarro pizza did send me back a comment, instead of owning up to their mistakes and address the issues like the few pieces of ham or the lack of cheese or sauce that had no flavor or the fact my wife had to ask them for everything agin she asked for..they said my post sounded hatful..and like I said, there’s other pizza places around. For the the record, it was not hatful, it was only about their quality and presentation of the pizza and lack of topping we paid for. Instead of taking our response as a way to improve or look into what might be lacking to make the pizza better, they said in not so many words basically..We don’t care about your feedback about our food or your experience here to see if we can do better or see what might be lacking.. and u can eat somewhere else as we don’t value or care what you have to say or send u a sincere apology to have you come back for a better experience. “ This is how I interpreted their response.” I realize what I wrote was a little bit harsh..and could have said something a little different but at the end of the day, the Pizza all around was not not good. And, I don’t post reviews almost ever. But this experience here was that bad that I had to. And their response to me confirms that they don’t care what the customer thinks or doesn’t like and doesn’t want to here negative reviews to do better. So if you want to spend your hard earned money on a service and not get the quality or expectations you wanted and be told to go somewhere else and no apology then this is the place for you. It’s a shame because we probably would’ve been back Had their response been different to apologize and make our next experience better instead of taking my post as an attack. I also put a picture so u can see what I was talking about. We paid extra $ for ham topping.. now where do u see the Ham? I can’t take a picture of the taste, but it was not there. I hope anyone else that goes there gets treated better and has a better experience and doesn’t be told to go somewhere else if they don’t like their food. Read moreOwner manager is rude and not friendly. Kitchen staff was horrible While there every order was wrong and messed up. There were 4 of us eating and 3 of our meals were not cooked to order. The calzones were so watery we had to pull out the toppings and leave the bread. My daughter ordered the philly cheese steak sub and fries. We waited 20 minutes just to order. Then our meals took 45 minutes to reach us. Our orders were served to us one at a time. My daughter waited longer for her sub another 15 minutes but without her fries. She finally questioned and found out they didn't even cook them! The waitress told us they were frying 80 wings for another order and was told it will be 20 more minutes for the cook to fry them. Omg...are you serious? Our waitress was so embaressed and angry. She went off on the cooks. She was very apologetic to us and went out of her way to accommedate us in every way pissivle. We all felt for her. By the time we ate it had been 2 hours!! Unbelievable!! The owner did not care. She comped the sub and fries and a calzone and drinks. We could tell the snotty owner was angry. We tipped her very well for being so good with us. When we left we noticed the owner approach her. We could not hear them but we watched him clearly getting onto her in front of the whole restaurant. She was defending herself. Everyone who came in to order had messed up orders and complaining. One custome stood for 45 minutes for 2 slices of pizza!! Then they were cold and cheese not even melted. He complained to owner and his smart remark was THE CHEESE IS FINE!! Will never return here. The owner and his other "I'm to pretty to work" young blonde waitress did nothing but stand and watch our waitress work! We watched 12 people come in to pick up orders and ALL 12 complained about their foid and the owner could care less. The table if 4 next to us did not get their appetizers and when they complained the owner argued with them about reducing their bill. This place gets a minus 50 rating!! Stay away from...
Read moreI’ve been a customer of the Malabar restaurant, next to Publix, for years. I normally call to place the order and pick it up. Today, because I was working late from home, I decided to call the pizza in and have it delivered. Ordered a large pizza, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 mushroom and sausage. I was told it would be an hour to 1:15 for delivery. After waiting for over an hour, the driver brings a pizza 1/2 mush 1/2 sausage. Do people not check the orders before sending/delivering them?? Called to let them know they messed up the order, frustrated that some in the family would not be able to eat any of the pizza. The girl connected me to the store manager who asked if I wanted to make me another pizza, I said I wanted a refund for the pizza. He asked if I was bringing the pizza back to the restaurant...I told him “no, if he wants his pizza back he can send his driver to get it”. Again, I’m working...why would I order delivery and then have to leave my house to drop off the pizza in order to get my refund??? Needles to say, it is already getting late and still no dinner for anyone! The manager begrudgingly agrees to send his driver back for his precious pizza and I tell him that their Customer Service is awful...the least they could do would be to refund the pizza and send one made the right way. Of course, based on the argumentative demeanor from this manager, that was never going to happen. He even went as far as telling me he did not appreciate my business, which he will never see a penny from me again.
