Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians — Attraction in Palm Springs

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Agua Catalina in Palm Desert and Palm Springs California. During my visit, the machine I was using malfunctioned twice, taking my money both times. Despite my efforts to address the issue, including writing to the game commission and the federal government, the casino has been unwilling to return my funds.

It is incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and unvalued as a customer. I expect better accountability and customer service from an establishment of this caliber. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Agua Catalina to anyone.

As a Choctaw Indian, I expected a certain level of respect and honesty from the establishment, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The game commission lied to me, which has severely damaged my trust in this casino.

From my interactions, it became clear that the Cahuilla Indians who run this casino are not to be trusted. They are scammers, greedy, and liars. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Agua Catalina to anyone. If you value honesty and integrity, I suggest you steer clear...
