I had a healthcare convention nearby and i just wanted simple for myself and my roommate for the night. Something quick, not so crowded and also quality food. While my coworkers were out looking for something fancy, we opted for this. It was about 10 minutes from the Renaissance Hotel. There was quite a long line outside, but we managed to get seated in 5 minutes.

I got the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen, my roommate got the regular Tonkotsu Ramen and we also got the Gyoza and the Ebi Fry.

They were all good, but I really enjoyed the Ebi Fry. It was cooked fresh and just right and had a really good crunch and fairly seasoned with each bite.

When we got sat at our table, more people came in. It was packed and a line was formed outside. Even with the crowd, it was a pretty chill place. Not too crazy and a pretty quaint sit-down setting. I recommend it and Im definitely...

I always come to this place for ramen but I felt really disappointed today I order vegetarian ramen always and comes almost every 2-3 week . May be I had a misunderstanding that spicy paste one we can get but then we gotta pay for next and I did ordered on call was driving forgot to mention when reached ask for one the staff named Jordan asked me to pay for that I don’t feel it’s a good customer service with your permanent customer I am chef myself and I work as a cashier too if my customer it guest is short or ask he will b bring from his car I would leave those 50-90 cents it’s just cents hardly makes sense better then losing a customer . I might think next time to order from here . Really disappointed . The food is really good. No doubt most of the staff also is really nice and understanding . But this one seems rude and can take off...

This place satisfies any and all ramen cravings!

The spicy tonkotsu ramen was flavorful and umami. The pork belly was tender and delicious but they only give two small pieces. I was a big fan overall, 4/5. It's good quality for the price and big serving size.

The chicken karaage bowl had the most tender and juicy chicken thigh meat! Delicious!

The octopus balls were insanely good. It's a little rich and creamy plus deep fried. Definitely worth trying.

I think the mango galaxy drink had three layers: green tea, sprite/soda, and mango syrup from top to bottom. It was a good level of sweetness to cut the spiciness of the ramen.

The matcha tea is unsweetened. My mom had to ask them for honey, which they happily provided, so just know that it's really just unsweetened green tea.

Service was...

Always Excellent...doesn't open until 11:30am. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. (Spice level 2 of 3) and Jimmy ordered the Chicken Paitan Ramen. We were both blown away. The presentation was beautiful. The servers were very attentive and the food came out quickly. But best of all it was delicious! Jimmy said his chicken was tender and succulent. My pork was also excellent. That being said, the protein was not necessarily the star. It was the combination of flavors including the seaweed, noodles, green onions and soft boiled eggs... Yummy! And the spice level was perfect for me. Each dish was $13. While we had iced tea to drink, they also offer saki and beer. I will definitely be back!!
