Del Taco — Restaurant in Palm Springs

First I would like to say since most of us are always in a rush to get things done we don't give ourselves time to sit down and enjoy a good meal. Now when we do pick up something the body does require we tend to forget that it is called fast food for a reason baby well I had ordered one of those big giant burritos with guacamole on it and the ingredients in it you know how it looks in the picture right? I had ordered the giant guacamole grilled chicken burrito. I went to the drive-thru I specifically told the cashier please make it look like the picture since I'm paying $8.25 for it. As I went through the drive-thru I paid the young ladies. When I got home I opened up the bag and looked at my the giant burrito wrapped up inside the bag my mouth was watering ready to tackle it down. Well what I got inside the bag was fried fish sticks with water down tartar sauce. That was pretty disappointed because I was not going to drive back at the time of the day and all that traffic to return that burrito. Amy Lee call the restaurant and told him what I received and I was not going to eat it well let you know my cat street she enjoyed it but I didn't I told the manager that I will be there tomorrow to get my $8.25 burrito needless to say the man who was very friendly and she apologized for the inconvenience and she told me to come by tomorrow and pick it up and I did I went inside and made sure that my $8.25 was going to go a good cause and I was looking over the counter to make sure that my grill the chicken burrito with the guacamole on it was made to my satisfaction show me you might say that was a little too much but you know how we are from New York we need to get what we want and we want what we want when we want it just the word of caution when you go to the drive-thru make sure you look at your meal what you paid for and be happy for what you got. Just a friendly reminder folks always check your mail before...

VERY DANGEROUS - keep your family , children and your self away from this del Taco .. it's not worth your life ..they are threating towards the customers .. Update General manager Destiny ( she was also the same person there and witnessed the entire situation ..now she has called and yelled at me and hung up the phone and said she closing out the ticket ..she don't feel I was in enough danger for her ..very unprofessional never apologized This is the Worst Del Taco to go to ..Don't waste your money and it's very dangerous .. The employee Miguel the drive thru cashier at del Taco today ..was threating towards me for ordering a taco in the drive thru , he gave me the wrong food and and started being threating towards me I was scared .. The General Manager Destiny stood there and did not say anything to Miguel as he was being threating towards me and she witness it .. She then became rude towards me as well and told me to tell anyone I wanted Bec nothing going to happen to her or Miguel her cashier .. I say stay far away from this place don't waste your money and they never gave me the correct food ..they will steal your money and threaten to use physical...

Ok tried this location a few more times and things have not improved. Drive through line long no since of urgency to take customers orders and give them there food. Then we have tried to order milk shakes on different occasions and are always told they don't have milk shakes right now. So I asked the employee last night why when someone orders a milk shake they are never available. He states it depends If we are cleaning the machine I said ok what time do you guys clean the machine he says uhh uhh 10:30 yeah every night we stop them at 10:30. I look at my clock 10:32, now I know his uhh uhh uhhs were due to him trying to find the time. This location has a ton of work needed. Will not return to this location.

The drive thru line was long when it came time for me to order it took almost five minutes for them to take my order. Then the guy kept getting my order wrong. After ordering it took another 11 minutes to receive my order. I wouldn't of minded the wait but when we received our food the fries weren't hot they were lightly warm and a brownish color as if they were about to burn. Very disappointed...
