I'll be nice and give 3 stars because when we first started taking our daughter there in 2019, they were fantastic. They were so on top of her care, but the past few months have been awful. Getting anyone to answer the phone or call back was a challenge. My daughter had a med upped in the hospital, and when we needed a refill, no one there answered the phone. I called multiple times a week and left messages. I had to call the Easton office just to talk to a person. After 3 weeks, there was still no refill, then claimed the hospital never sent a discharge summary, so I had to fax it. After I did that, I still had no refill or call back. My mother has been going here and Amy has been her doctor for years. I have met Amy. She was wonderful. Since she left the secretaries have been very disrespectful on the phone. As my moms assistant I make these calls for her. We called several times calling for her script which she never got since Amy suddenly stopped showing up at the Palmerton office. They are now billing her for her calls but yet will still not give her the scripts to her prescription that she has been getting the last 3 years so she is now off of her medication cold turkey. This has affected her blood pressure greatly. Her visits have always been $100 which she pays for without insurance and now they changed the price and billed her an additional $60 for her previous visit. I would not recommend coming here. I was a patient here for over a year, I was double billed several times which resulted in me overpaying my bill. I have since sought care elsewhere. I have been trying to get a refund for over a year, I have filed several complaints and made numerous calls and sent letters to the office repeatedly. I've been told by office staff, Dr. RAFAI is responsible for releasing refunds. They have never replied to me and when I call I get that same response. They totally ignored numerous attempts at contact by the office of the attorney general as well.i am at my wits end, I need my money to get by, what kind of Pysciatrist would impose this kind of stress and worry on a mental health patient?
