If I didn’t need a last-minute formal dress, I would’ve walked out with how awful we were being treated. They were very rude from the moment we walked in because we do not look Hispanic (I am). They refused to help us even after we kept trying to receive help to navigate that overcrowded store. After I finally got them somewhat interested into helping me she asked what kind of dress would I like and I said any pastel and nothing with the mesh clear through boning. She told me that you probably won’t like anything we have here because that’s all we have…Long story short that was not all they had. After that we asked to try a dress on the mannequin because it was the last dress in that size and color and we were just told no and had to pretty much force her to tell us why instead just no. Then when purchasing the dress we were told no to trying on she asked for an id to purchase the dress no problems there the problem is that it very clearly said veteran on it and we were unaware until we asked that there was a veterans discount and we were told yes but she couldn’t give it to us because she already rang it up and we asked if we can refund it and use the discount we were told should couldn’t refund anything because she doesn’t have access to did not try to get her manager or any higher up’s for help she just told us she can’t do that and that was that. It was very clear they did not want us there from the moment we walked in. As a past pageant girl who has been to many many dress stores throughout my whole life by far the worst experience...

The staff was not helpful and rude. After walking all the way to the back of the store to seek help in that jam packed mess of plastic coated dresses, we were told they don't have what we are looking for. Literally shooed us away. We proceeded anyway as we were desperate and needed a dress that day. I asked to try on a dress that was the correct size on the mannequin and was told NO, not unless we were going to buy it. So we tried on a red dress of the same style. It fit great, so I went and found the right color in a bigger size to try on to see what that color looked like on. We liked it, so I told the clerk that we would like to buy the one on the mannequin. So we unwrapped and tried on 2 dresses only to buy the one on the mannequin that we could not try on. I paid for the dress with my gold card and was asked for ID to verify it. My ID clearly says veteran on it, so I asked if they offered a veteran discount. They do, but she already wrung it up and was unable to undo it without a manager who was not there that day. So, she couldn't or wouldn't return and reprocess the transaction. Upsetting and a total disregard for veterans status. Once we got the dress home and tried it on to inspect it, we saw it was marked up on the end of the satin tie that cinches the back of the dress. It was Very upsetting for a $300 dress. This is a store of last resort, if you can...

The worst place to go for your bridal needs. I was walking around the outlet mall with my sister today when we came across this store (not labeled on google maps) and I had never heard of it before. I am engaged and my wedding is in 9 months. I walked in to see if they had any wedding dresses that caught my eye. Immediately after walking into the store it not only looked quite disorganized, but I was shocked nobody offered to help or greeted us. (Especially considering we were the ONLY customers in the entire store the whole time we were there.) We were watched by 1-2 people for 15+ minutes before we chose 4 dresses and I struggled to carry them up to the counter to ask for a fitting room. The woman at the counter looked me up and down and said “you’re getting married? When? What’s the date of your wedding?” I gave her my date and she proceeded to look at me and say “you can’t try those on you need to make an appointment” but didn’t tell me how to do so or offer to help put the dresses back. The worst customer service ever. I walked the dresses back, walked outside and looked around for signs, a website to make an appointment, or SOME kind of information considering I found 4 beautiful dresses I would’ve loved to try on for my wedding. I will be sticking to another bridal store in the Bradenton area. Do not waste your time...
