Service was so so! Food was OK! Honestly the Buffalo style mild wings were sweet and not really Buffalo style and fried mushrooms were so salty you had to take breading off. Charged for ranch dip only got one with order of wings even though asked for Ranch with Mushrooms she delivered some other sauce didn't want but told us they had ranch for mushrooms and she looked like she'd worked here a while by her outfit they weren't new at least! So you'd think she'd know! Anyway most likely won't return wanted buffalo style wings! Perfect for those who are starving and taste buds might be dulled from drinking! Bummer for me because I really wanted those chicken wings!    Read moreTerrible pick up order experience. The waitress who took my order when I called it in said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It takes me 20 minutes to drive to this location so my order shouldâve been ready. A couple minutes more, no big deal. 10 minutes later waitress kept asking me what my order was as if it wasnât in the system. Then I finally get my order, drive 20 minutes back home only to realize they forgot my curly fries. This was pretty upsetting because thatâs all I really wanted. I called the store and the waitress got a manager on the phone. I explained the situation to him and asked to please refund the cost of the fries back to my card. He asked for my name so that he can check the receipts to make sure I was charged for them. Put me on hold to check. When he came back he said he would refund it back to my card and that it may take a couple of days. Great no problem. This manager didnât even have the audacity to apologize for their mistake. His customer service skills and phone etiquette were horrible to say the least. I was consciously very nice and cordial to this dude and he sounded like I wasnât worth his time. Almost 5 days now since the incident and still no refund. I had my suspicions about this manger not wanting to give me a refund and he only wanted to hurry up and get off the phone.    Read moreSo I have to say, food was good. My husband and I had pretzel bites for the appetizer, wings and curly fries for dinner. We just went through hurricane Ian, we lost our house and jobs due to it. Made us move from port Charlotte to Ellenton because of it. We just wanted to have a quick decent dinner, and listen to a little music of our choice since hey have touch tunes machine. Which we use often at other places we enjoy. We spent about $6 on music and were wondering why we couldnât hear anything we played. So we asked the âmanagerâ on duty that was leaning on a empty table if he could turn the touch tunes on so we could actually hear what we paid for. He said âyeah no problem, Iâll change it for you now.â Okay 5 seconds later, he turned on the tv volume instead and disappeared for the rest of our meal. We told our waitress who was very nice, she said âmanagement is actually the only problem we have here, they donât listen to us or customersâ well I have to say I was very disappointed in the visit. Itâs a quiet Sunday night, barely anyone was here, why couldnât we just listen to some music? The manager had the tablet in his hand and everything. But he ran away and we never saw him again.
