Absolutely horrible experience. The older gentleman working there needs to learn and understand the law about SERVICE ANIMALS. I stopped by today to do a quick walk through while out on my errands to see what all they carry. It was my first experience in the store. I just wanted to walk quietly down the isles to see what all the had to offer. He met me abruptly and said my dog needed to get out that it was posted on the door. I explained that she is a service dog, and he did not care. I again explained that legally she can absolutely be with me and that if he required I could show him her card. He kept on that she had to leave. I said sir she’s allowed to be everywhere I am, and I took her card out of my purse, which is illegal for me to HAVE TO do, and I showed it to him. So he stopped and said “ok you look quickly what do you need!” I said “again I just wanted to walk through to see what you have”. He stood right there staring at me, hovering. I said sir please back off I just wanted to see what you have so I can come shop. He then told me to “get out of his store”. I told him absolutely not! He then threatened to call the police on me!!! With my proven certified federally legal SERVICE DOG!!! SO… I blatantly continued to walk around the store at this point and told him to “please do and we would see who was legally in the right standing!” He, in fact, never called anyone. I was absolutely embarrassed and I will NEVERRRR go back. I intended to go do a big haul here, I just like to do a walk through before I start purchasing. My business is now LOST!! I will not...

I was extremely excited to schedule an appointment for the foot detox spa since my coworker, came back from having her 1st 30 min appt last week and liked the experience! So I went in and needed a few items a I grabbed a card from the nice gentleman upfront on 10/26/22, he was thoughtful and kind. My Boss and other coworker had an appt today for 2, 30 min appts and they came back and did not have it done due to the disrespectful lady with red hair and glasses that was working 10/27/2022, Complaining about my coworkers appointments and that she was the only one there an so on. What is disturbing is how she called for Dr. Kenawy to come there. We work for a couple Doctors. You do not speak to people that way. I understand bad days but that was rude. My coworkers left without their service and you lost 4 clients total. 3 of us would have been new clients and were excited to try this service.
