My family & I have been coming to Jin Jin 88 here on 23rd Street since the spring of 2013. It's a small family-owned/operated 'Mom & Pop' Chinese restaurant with AMAZING food cooked to order promptly, hot, & fresh. They just re-opened this week after a five-month closure due to a forced relocation of multiple long-time tenants out of the 23rd Street Walmart Shopping Center to make room for a new 'Big Box' store. My family missed Jin Jin's cooking SOOO much! It was so awesome to have them back up & running now across the street in the 23rd Street Publix Shopping Center next to Papa John's. The food is just as tasty now as it was before & if you give this place a try, fair warning: you will be hooked! ;)

I got honey chicken and lo Mein to go. Its standard chinese food. Nothing terrible, but def nothing to pound your fist on the table and "mmm mmmmm mmm" about. Definitely better than the other chinese place across from them in the same plaza. The portions are okay for the $. Although its hard to tell because they PACK your #combo meal into a little to-go dis. Their eggrolls kind of suck, but their house lo mein was the bomb. Get your honey chicken extra crispy and tell them to give you a bigger to go dish.

Their 3rd party order service Qmenu is a scam. I ordered delivery through them yesterday. I received all the normal confirmations, but a separate number reached out claiming to be with Qmenu about some points system: I didn't believe for one second. They took my payment info from my order and charged 38 dollars to instafollowers Dubai. I got the food, it was great, but just call it in or doordash it. Again, Qmenu is part of a scam.

I’m guessing I came in at a bad time , one of the workers was upset about something and they both seemed to have attitudes . When I came to get my order she told me that it was pork lo Mein which I know for a fact was incorrect because I don’t even eat pork! I ordered beef , huge difference but the food was good minus the fact that I had to pick pork out of my meal . We were a party of 4, one Celiac, Gluten intolerant, looking for a Gluten Friendly Chinese dine in. We found it here. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, one was celiac herself, and assisted in making gluten friendly selections.
