Firehouse Subs 23Rd St. — Restaurant in Panama City

Subs were amazing we got them to go but never made it out of the parking lot. Staff was very helpful and place was clean and comfortable. It gets better though, that evening i could not find my wallet but i often set things down around the house so nit concerned. This morning i get a mesaage from the manager they have it there. I had left the blooming thing sitting on the counter. The manager Carla took the time to find me and contact me so that ibcould pick it up. All i could think was this is how humans should be. What an amazing act of kindness. I was not even aware that i left it and a lot if damage could have been done before i did know but all of that was prevented because someone chose to be kind... Imagine if we all choose kindness . What a difference it could make..so thank yall for the amazinh eats and for the even better example.. much love and...

We were going to this place 2 times a week.....not no more after this morning 🌅. Called in our order and when we got there and paid for it She didn't tell us that our order was right beside her. We get our drinks and sit down and about 15 minutes a lady says are you Ed and I said yes. She tells me that the girl we paid called my name....NOT....if my order was beside her why didn't she give it to me when I paid. Also same girl answered the phone and when I ordered a Italian sub with EVERYTHING but lettuce she proceeded to ask me if I want Italian dressing on it👀.... lost this coustomer. Oh my pickle had a bite out of it and tomatoes...

Came in for lunch during the week and they were slammed. They were so busy we considered going some where else. However, we decided to wait approached the register and ordered. The young man at the register was so polite and gave no sign at all of frustration or exasperation, even though I'm sure it was there. Our order was ready faster then expected and as we sat there and ate the place slowly cleared out. The whole staff there was very friendly and up beat. They worked so well together. It was a very pleasant experience and I just felt like they deserved...
