We have been regulars at this restaurant for years, coming at least two times a week, bringing in a substantial amount a month. We have loved coming here, and there have been plenty of instances in which our food has been slightly wrong or the server could not understand what we were asking for and refused our request. We have never complained or taken it out on the tip. Last night, we went for one of our weekly dinners and my grandfather wanted a veg quesadilla with no peppers. He is allergic. When we received our food, the original quesadilla had peppers in it (or the thinnest most pepper looking tomatoes I’ve ever seen). We VERY politely sent it back and did not want any kind of comp, just the food we actually ordered. A woman, who was not our server and I certainly hope not the manager comes by our table to argue with us. “I opened the quesadilla in the back and saw no peppers” to which we explained that we had definitely seen peppers but we were sorry if we were mistaken. She still insisted on telling us that we were liars and there were no peppers. “But I had them remake it anyways”….her attitude was BEYOND rude and unnecessary. If she needed clarification that would have been fine, we would of happily shown her what we were talking about, but she made a scene in which surrounding tables were staring. She just wanted to chastise us about sending our food back, but had already had them remake the quesadilla. And it was the first time in 3/4 years we had sent something back. We left embarrassed and very upset. She did not want to clarify anything but made it her personal mission to yell at us for “our mistake”. I have been working in the food industry for years and I would never argue with a customer the way she did. It seemed like it personally upset her, when she had no business with our order to begin with. The food is not good enough to put up with that kind of service, so we will not be returning. Said server was wearing a purple polo, with fake colorful Gucci earrings and the back of her hair cut aside from her bun. I wish I had a name, but she is...
Read moreNever eating here again. They seriously up charger you even tho that’s actually illegal for someone to do that. They made our bill go up from $47 and some odd cents to $44.23, I don’t recommend the restaurant. It’s insane with the reviews for this place because if you go to this restaurant, the people act like they can’t speak English when they were speaking good English but the girl at the front desk was rude and our server took forever on everything and they don’t do kids Chicken fajita nachos. They will Literally serve the kids Cheese with jalapeños in it like if you get a cheese dip and ask for it to not have any jalapeños and the workers said “Oh We Don’t And We Can’t Do That”. STOP LYING!!!!! They need to get this place out of business cause nothing tastes good at this restaurant. The cheese dip SUCKS AND THEY OVER CHARGE YOU. We asked our server if we can order something different and for him to take off the food that I ORDERED. The server left the food that I ordered on there when I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM TO CHANGE THE MEAL but he left the food that I ordered that I thought was good but it SUCKED. The chicken tenders are good but everything else is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The guys that was behind us didn’t like there food and also said it was disgusting and the older couple that we saw wasn’t impressed either with the food. NEVER IN MY LIFE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE. And there parking lot is kinda small as well. It’s NEVER BUSY at...
Read moreAdelina is a server with major attitude. Started with ordering sweet tea with lemon. Attitude starts when we have to ask for lemon again. Did not get lemon until after cheese dip appetizer. Daughter asked to change her tea to coke (…glass says “Coke Coka). She said we only carry Pepsi. Daughter tries to explain Pepsi is fine but she asked for coke because cup has coke on it. Then she just gives a blank stare. Major attitude. When food arrives, I ask for a glass of ice. We waited for a good bit. Also needed a spoon. After waiting long enough, I walk to back to ask for ice again and a spoon. As I arrive at the back…she is walking out with nothing in her hands. She sees me and asks how she can help. I ask for a glass of ice and a spoon and you. A tell by her facial expressions that she remembered we had already asked for a glass of ice and she forgot to get it to begin with. As she walks off, she says something in Spanish and you could tell it was a comment about me from the look on the face everyone around. When she gets the cup of ice and spoon, she puts them on a tray with a bottle of ketchup and walks past me back to table. She goes to put the things down…including the ketchup that we DID NOT ask for. Her attitude was very obvious. She then stood over by the wall and pouted. Everyone who came out of the back immediately looked at our table. She needs an attitude adjustment as clearly she has not learned how...
