Target — Attraction in Panama City

Panama City Target has always been a great place to shop. It's always clean, fairly organised as far as department stores go and has friendly and helpful team members to assist you. Since Hurricane Michael, the store has had a complete remodel featuring the Lace Department (women's intimates) and the Swaddle Department (baby basics). However, my new favorite thing that I love about Target is the Drive-up service. Unlike their competitor who offers frozen and fresh food pickup, Target does offer dry goods and merchandise drive-up service within a two hour time frame (which in my experience takes less time). You can go on to the Target App, shop for a 50lb bag of dog food, 5 cases of water, and a pack of pencils. Use cartwheel, any drive-up discount, and get an extra 5% by putting it on your Red Card. You will be notified by email that your order is ready. Go to your Target App click that your on the way, provide a vehicle description and head to the store! When you arrive click the button on your app (most of the time you don't even have to do that once you've entered the parking lot the app takes over and announces your arrival) A team member will bring all these heavy items out to your car (rain or shine) and load them into your car for you!! About the only downside to this is that you have to unload your car when you get home, but if you have a husband, a boyfriend, or have kids they can unload it for you!! 😁... It's that easy! All kidding aside, it is a very convenient way to shop on the go. You can order what you need, run your errands, and swing by before heading home and get your drive-up order without getting out of your car. And that's why I like it!! It caters to my lazy...

Very bad retail store..not because of there staff but there policy's and the system..dose not work well at all..Difficulties ordering and reciving what you ordered.. Unfortunately Toys R us has been closed...and our mall here in Panama City Florida gone as well..... only stores able are walmart and unfortunately Target... I No longer wish to go through the hell of target No longer will I be searching at Target or using this store ever again...its a joke...first I had to apply to there credit card 2x. Still recived false statements from them about my good credit..lol..they have me at 500 mark when indeed its 714 in reality..no were on there statement do they place a number to call and discuss there findings..so I went a step further..and found there number ..Upon trying to discuss the matter I was giving the runaround about how they do differently with their credit scores and how they add other factors in only not to tell me what the factors were...I got excuses that were not validated.. a bunch of Gibberish and poppycock...I have very good credit standings hold cards with many stores and places...They just suck as a retail chain store was going to go there to buy books and stuff my kid loves for Christmas.... But our house hold has Boycotted Them to us they don't exist...nothing but problems and get the run around ...save yourself the...

I went into the Panama City Target to sort out an issue with a purchase I had made a few days previously. When I had made my purchase on I scanned the barcode on the Target app on my phone when I checked out. I didn't realize that it would charge my Target red card when I did that. I came in to sort out what happened and see if it could be put on the correct credit card.

Gavin the Customer Service Manager helped me. He was AMAZING! He was able to credit my red card back and charge the correct credit card which was a lot of work for him. Gavin did it with a big smile on his face and was such a pleasure to deal with especially considering it was my fault. I didn't realize that in the Target app my Target red card was set to do in-store purchases. Gavin explained what happened and showed me how to fix that so it wouldn't happen in the future.

Dealing with Gavin was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in any store. He is certainly an asset to Target and I will continue to come back and shop in his store. Managers like Gavin are what really make a difference in what store a person shops at. There are so many stores to choose from nowadays. The extra effort that Gavin went through to help me makes me want to continue to come back to Target versus another store. I look forward to shopping at...
