Using the mobile app I placed an order and it wouldn’t allow me to add lemonade to my tea. So after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes when I arrived at the speaker I asked the order taker if she could add a bit of lemonade to my tea. They then attempted to charge me for a frosted lemonade so I informed them I would just come inside and grab my order. The next day I noticed that I was charged 2 different amounts therefore I contacted the store for a refund and I was told I had to call corporate. Corporate took all of my contact information told me that they would have to submit a ticket to the location and I would hear back from them at some unspecified time. I waited 4 days and never received any response. I then went to the restaurant and showed a manager the double charge and they informed me they had to do research in order to give me a refund. Mind you no apology was made and the tone of the conversation made it seem like it was my fault the issue occurred in the first place. The manager did call me back and say he was able to find the transaction and that it would be reversed in a few days. I find this situation completely absurd and a waste of my time. It took 5 seconds for the mistake to occur but it’s taking nearly a week to resolve the issue with very minimal concern from the restaurant. If this happened to me it makes me wonder how many other people have gone without noticing? Do better...

I am still sad though because this particular location is my go to always. I hope that the kitchen can try to prevent this from happening again. But thank you for do what you could to make it right! That is very appreciated ❤️
I am VERY disappointed.. I came through this morning and ordered two chicken biscuits meals.. one with a hot coffee, the other with a cold brew. First off, the cold brew taste like trash. Literally the worst coffee I ever had. I brought it home and tried to save it with some creamer and stuff that I have.. couldn't even save it that way. The burnt water down coffee flavor wouldn't go away. What a waste of an upcharge. Then I literally have 10 tiny hashbrowns in my container... But that's not really what set me off and made me want to make this review... Noo.. it's the pathetic sized chicken biscuit yall served me.. the chicken is literally half the size of the biscuit... I paid $17 for my chicken to not even be the size of the biscuit itself. For a coffee that wasn't even worth me trying to save. And hashbrowns that wouldn't even fill up a baby. This shrink-flation but over priced food is really getting over the top. I could have gotten better food from biscuit world at this price and better coffee. I hope y'all figure out a way to...
Read moreThe way this place never gives you the salsa that you requested with a breakfast burrito has me thinking it must be the single highest cost item they handle due to some weird glitch in the system that causes Chick-Fil-A Corporate to specifically charge that price to this store only. I have never gotten the salsa without checking my bag at the window, noticing it isn’t there, and then asking for it. I had learned over time to expect it and always do it, but today I was just a bit too rushed, and I slipped up, and of course this store didn’t falter. They made sure to not include that salsa for the burrito.
Honestly it’s on me at this point. I’ve ordered it dozens, maybe even over a hundred times, and literally never gotten it initially I’ve always either caught it right away, and asked for it at the window, or gone with a dry breakfast burrito at my work desk. Knowing that they’re so consistent on this I should know better than to trust they’d actually do what seems so easy for any other drive they establishment. So I’ll take the blame this time, but also make sure to leave this warning to anyone else that thinks they’re going to get what they ordered at...
