Busy Bubblez Laundromat — Attraction in Paradise

Owner is a male body part. A lady came in and used a wrinkled bill that ended up getting stuck in the machine. The attendant couldn’t do anything(not his fault) until the owner came with keys. Owner showed up 25 minutes later(I got quarters elsewhere in meantime). He removed the crumpled dollar and loudly said “well maybe people that need change shouldn’t put crumpled bills in the machine…THEY do this all the time”. He may have been correct, but look at your clientele and area. The woman that put the money into the machine was using singles and not whole dollar amounts(5,10,20) and she chose your laundromat with the little bit of money she might have had, and you, the owner, on your high horse and Lexus come to publicly shame people for using the resources they had to pay YOU and support YOUR lifestyle. It rubbed me the wrong way. I have supported your business weekly with my linens and additionally helping the homeless in the area with washing their belongings. I won’t. Love this laundromat but I wish the staff started earlier, I had several loads to do and wanted to start the task early in the morning, granted it was a few months ago but it is the reason I haven't returned. I arrived about 7:30-8:00 o'clock am and there was one customer doing his laundry, after carrying in 3 baskets of clothes, I realized there was no staff working, therefore no way to mark my promotion card and the BIG factor... No air conditioner turned on. Unfortunately, I carried my baskets back to the car and proceeded to the other place I used to go, all the way to Pecos and Desert Inn. I love Busy Bubblez but I'm an early bird when it comes to the task of doing loads of laundry. If you don't mind not having a staff person being there and air conditioning while the hot dyers are running, this is definitely the best facility, a bit more pricey but you get what you pay for.......
