Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - we ordered the daily special of Pot Roast and a Farmer’s Breakfast with over easy eggs and chicken fried steak. The pot roast was tender but the sauce was a bit gloopy and thick. The mashed potatoes were good but the green beans flavorless and soggy. We’re not quite sure what the soup of the day was but we know it wasn’t good. The Farmer’s Breakfast was good but the steak was a bit over and dry. The toast was EXTREMELY buttered which was great for one of us. Ambience: 4/5 - attached to a Rum Runner gaming place, we were a bit hesitant to walk into the little shop. However, it was quite cozy inside but the tables are packed together! The location does seem a bit more run down though. Service: 5/5 - friendly and attentive and made some recommendations on the menu. Value for price: 4/5 - cheap and quick eat for any hour of the day!

In A Nutshell: -If you're near the airport (5 minutes away) with time to spare before you drop off family/friends & are hungry for breakfast, then I recommend Badger Cafe (Named after the Wisconsin Badgers)! -They are open 24/7 so it doesnt matter what time your flight is. -I enjoyed a couple sunnyside up eggs, buttery sourdough toast, two sausage patties on a hot plate full of crispy hash browns w/ unlimited coffee. -My buddy devoured some lemon pepper chicken tenders w/ fries. -The restaurant is small but the food is good, it shares a glass wall w/ a bar next door. Overall, if you are hungry for a good breakfast near the LAS airport come eat here.

The food was okay. When I came in no one was in sight. I looked around the dining area at the cool memorabilia and when I returned to the counter they made me feel as if I was sneaking around. After ordering my food I asked if I could sit in the cooler part of the restaurant and was told no but you can go into the bar. When I entered the bar it was smoke filled so returned to the original dining area. Just an uncomfortable situation. The food was okay. I ate most of it but I probably will not return. I had an appetizer pictured and a very simple Philly Steak. They just didn't snap for me. Just my opinion.

First time was great.

All new people.

Second time something in the food cut my wife’s mouth. Slow service. The bar comes first I guess.

All new people again,

Third time the portions have never been consistent nor has the food quality. I asked the hostess how many chicken fingers come in the kids meal just to be sure I was going to have enough to feed both of my little kids. She says 2 fingers. I purchase and get home after waiting 30 minutes and find there’s only a small single chicken wedge.

Don’t listen to the old reviews.

The badger cafe is not only unfriendly and willing to lie to you instead of explain they don’t know and ask but the bar will also deny to serve you alcohol for absolutely no reason.

Had a buddy come in from out of town and we went up to the run runner pub to play pool for an hour or two.

They refused to serve my buddy after 2 beers. I believe it’s because we were the only 2 white people in there and we looked like we were enjoying our pool game.

That’s the last chance guys. This cafe and the pub attached to it cater to riff raff and prejudices.

The food sucked the last two times.

Edit: they just picked up the phone and hung up on my wife lol

Edit 2: tried to eat the burger I ordered lmfao I want my money back. The chicken was pink inside.

I think the old people all got layed off and the new people are all...

This cafe was a favorite place for me to have breakfast and dinner as I came here often when I lived in Las Vegas 9 years ago. When I visited here over the past weekend, I was not very happy with the customer service from Nene the waitress who greeted me. Upon entering she tells me to take a seat anywhere, but doesn't extend a hello or good morning. After placing my order, she served me my plate, but NEVER took the initiative to come back to my table to ask if everything was alright or even to ask if I wanted anything else to eat. When i finished my meal, I had to walk up to the counter and ask for my check. She walks up to the cash register and gives me my total, without bothering giving me a check. Upon paying her she gives me my change without a thank you or wishing me a great day. On the flip side, the food was hot and delicious that I received, it was just a turn off for me to receive such bad service from a waitress who just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. So I'm deducting one star for the poor customer service I endured here. Hope this waitress can quickly learn what a good waitress...

Not worth a penny. We spent $70 for mozzarella sticks, fried cheese curds, Philly cheesesteak, roast beef dinner, 12 pcs medium hot chicken wings, 12 pcs blackened chicken wings. Nothing tasted good. You can’t even tell the difference between the 2 chicken wing flavors cos they both just tasted charred, and extremely dry. Appetizers came out fast, then we waited for our entrees, we waited.. and waited.. and waited. We watched seats fill up (we were the first ones inside, it was literally empty when we got there). We watched all the other customers get their food, eat their food and then leave. We gave the benefit of the doubt, maybe they got their food first cos they ordered breakfast food which is easy to prepare. We didn’t wanna ruin our day so we told them to just box everything up cos 1 hour is already too long of a wait. NO APOLOGIES WHATSOEVER. We still left a tip cos we’re decent people but I will never come back to this place. If you want good diner food, go to Vicky’s Diner or 50s Style Omelette Diner which is just around the area.

Servers were really nice (like any other diner) so it...
