Amazing puspusas! They have that Salvadoran flavor that is hard to find. I recomend this place because it has the right taste and the cooks are authentic Salvadoran. I had the pupusas and the nueganos and they were as good as what I would find in en Salvador. You have to watch out for the front door which looks like the restaurant is closed but turn the nob and you will find the best food ever. This restaurant belongs to the mother of a current Miss Universe contestant from el Salvador and also a winner of the Nuestra Bellesa Latina Univision. They have the food and the people to be great, I hope they can make the place a little more ethnic and representative of Salcadoran culture and they will hit the mark. Definitely recomend checking this place out when you are in Las Vegas, NV. Perfect for Breakfast, Lunch and...
Read moreI had a friend whom I used to work with, who introduced me to his grandmother's pupusas. It was love at first bite. When he shared my love of the pupusas, his grandmother was so happy to hear the appreciation for her cooking. She began making pupusas just for him to bring to work and I always told him to express my gratitude. Though she was happy to prepare and share her food, I never could get her recipe from my coworker. The only message he sent me from his grandmother was that they were made with love.
When I walked into Restaurante Las Delicias for the first time, I loved the cozy atmosphere. And when I placed my order for pupusas, it was so heart warming to see the pupusas being made with love, just like my coworkers grandmother would. Thank you so much for providing such great food and service, Restaurante...
Read moreThey have the most amazing papusas ever. Their revueltas papusa was what the food fairies asked for, and Las Delicias delivered. These puffy little corn pancakes with cheese, pork, and beans will be the most flavorful morsals ever to land on your tongue. Check out this place and order one or two. They are very hearty, so go easy. I also had the parrillida plate and was very impressed by the variety of meat, including tendor sirloin steak and chorizo. By the way, the horchata is very good, Their version isn't made from rice. Instead, they use morro seeds, This recipe has a very nutty and earthy flavor that's delicious and provides a nice alternative to the Mexican horchata we are used to. Enjoy, and...
