I scheduled my son's party here based on other mom's recommendations, but I did not like it at all. So I am going to write a lengthy review so people have a complete picture.
I did the 30 kids package on the weekend. The kids did have fun jumping. I chose this over others because this place does not charge for the adults. That being said: We had to put our jackets into bins. A kid jacket was missing at the end. It was super embarrassing and the staff did not care enough. I was given a sticker to label me as the party mom, but that wasn't given until everybody was already in the 1st room. The party + sizing of a sticker made it such that his school friends did not realize who I was until much later. My husband was given no sticker, so nobody saw who he was until we sang happy birthday. - We are charged for anyone 2-17, but I did not find that any of the jumpers was appropriate for 13+. The older kids ended up sitting around with the adults. I received a bill at the end, but no actual count of the people who attended (so I know how much under the target package I was or not); or a list of who checked in (so I can identify his school classmates who RSVPed and then did not show). I had asked prior for a cake table, and the one provided was too small. They did kindly change it. They then proceeded to try to hang our ballon arch and did not have appropriate materials to do so (I called 2x before to make sure it was ok to bring the arch). Handing the balloons took too long and in the meantime they left all 30 kids and parents in the hallway (unknown to me). My husband later told me that they were rushed out of the room with the games by another party that was coming in. Since this delay was due to them, I don't understand why move the guests. Then the kids came in, but they wouldnt let my son in as they were still setting up and they wanted to have him walk in with the room ready. The kids were halfway eating when my son finally came in and could eat himself. There is no room for the parents to properly sit (one set of tables had the kids sitting and eating and another set had boxes of pizza for the parents). Everybody was standing behind, unsure of what to do. The juice for the kids is left at a bottle that is sat at a counter. There is no jar, and whenever someone remembers they pass around asking if people want some. Since parents were standing behind the tables and in front of said counter, a lot of people missed where the juice was. The same goes for the water, which was a very small bottle. The soda for the parents was in a pitcher on a table. I did not realize how small the pitcher would be as well! There is no plastic towel for the cake table. I brought one in. It was available at the dollar tree so I am not sure why it wouldn't be included given the cost. The balloons they (poorly) hanged fell off, and all the wait was completely useless. I am not sure it even lasted through the happy birthday. I was expecting structure and organization to the party, but there wasn't a strong one. I had favors to give out and was left with many of them since people didn't understand they were up for grab. This seems like a place where young people work, and they try to cram as many parties as they can, without a lot of time in between in case there is a mistake done by them. My son's shoes were lost as well, but luckily we found them. They take pictures throughout but now won't give them unless I pay more money! I didn't even see the pictures to be paying for them. Plus, I refuse to give more money given all the issues.
I could mention more things but overall, I will complete with: the party that you get is not worth the money that you spend, specially with a large group. At most, I would do a very small party where you don't want any setup, or go...
Read moreIf youâre looking to have a kids party, I would HIGHLY recommend BounceU. The kids will have a blast and let out all of their energy, the parents will thank you for taking all their kids energy out of them and you as the host will actually get to enjoy the party. Iâve thrown many kids parties for my kids; each time I was still running around and very stressed to make sure everyone had everything they needed. This time was super seamless and easy.
First and foremost, the owner, John, is such a nice guy and was so great help with accommodations. I wanted to set up a decoration display and he allowed me to come in earlier to do so. As the host, itâs the worst when you have to rush right before your party and miss half of it to finish up. He even added a couple finish touches to our Unicorn Theme party that was VERY nice and generous of him. Thank you again John!!
The staff at BounceU are very nice and helpful. Our hosts were Chloe and Ellie â we were lucky to have them. Anything we needed they were right there to help us. During the food portion of the party they served all the kids their pizza and drinks. They even continued to check to see who needed more. It was the best, as the host I could actually eat! Haha. Thank you to the both of you for helping make this such a great experience for us. :). Side note: they provided the kids with pizza, drinks & ice cream cake â all in the package and tasted very good!
I did want to also note that they provide favors. I was so pleased to see it was provided in the package. As a host sometimes itâs hard to find favors/goodie bags to give to the kids. John even allowed me to pick up the favors that I choose so I was able to personalize them for the kids of our party. It must be noted, it was great to see that all of the different options giveaway favors are sealed; the goodie bags, glow in the dark cups, sports cups, etc... I choose the sports cups option and all the parents loved it for their kids. They arenât flimsy cups. They can actually be reused everyday. So your kids arenât getting junk that you will end up throwing away after. Such a bonus!!
The place in general is VERY fun, VERY clean & VERY sanitized. They make sure they check everyoneâs temperatures at the door. They make sure everyone gets sanitized prior to going in as well. They follow all of COVID-19 protocols to make sure everyone remains safe.
I canât thank the BounceU establishment and staff enough for helping making my daughters 4th Birthday so magical! I will definitely be throwing more parties here!
PS Iâve also taken my kids to their open gym times and those are great too. They even provide pizza and drinks for after with that as well. Such a great touch to provide food and drinks after! :)

Read moreI hope i am a isolated incident but booking my daughters party here was a verry bad choice. I do t even know where to start. When i booked the party i asked the person who booked it for me if i want to extend the party hours is it possible, He said yes you can. Knowing my family always runs late ..he stated since your a later party there will be no problems accommodating. My party was running late. As expected 20 min to be exact. Now i didnt expext for my party to be treated like criminals everything felt rushed. So i asked the host...if it was gonna be a problem to extend since they seemed to be rushing us through. She went and got the manager. The manager informed me that i could not extend the hours. I couldnt believe it. They bounced us around from room to room very quickly ...we were in one room for 5 min ..due to a larger group wanting to be in the room we were in ....it almost felt like we spent more time bouncing from room to room . That was tolerable....i wasnt upset yet. We get into the party room and nothing is set up ..room is freezing ...im still thinking positive .. now the cake comes out and it looks lile someone stuck their fingers in it ..i asked the host what hapoen she said "it melted cause you were late " . I was shocked at her response. Now here comes the pizza. Felt like they were serving me yesterdays pizza ...cold ..i ask the host why is the pizza cold ..what was her response ...yep you guess it ..."the pizza is cold, because you were late " ...oh no ..now im angry. Now the whole time the host is clock watching ready to run out of the door. I looked for the manager to ask for 15 min so my daughter can open a few gifts ..he tells me "no..you have 5 min. my staff are teenagers and they need to get home ...also we dont open gifts here " my mind was blown i thought this is a location for kids birthday parties. I was pissed but there was nothing i can do. If we were the last people in the building then i can understand they are waiting to close the doors. I felt they could have at least gave us ten min i would have paid for an hour. My daughter only gets to have one 4th bithday ..and it felt runied by this location my wife left in tears ..thats how dissapointed she was. And on top of everything i paid for three cold pizzas and two bottles of warm soda ..and only got one pie and one soda...so therefore they robbed me ..charged me for things i did not receive. I called the next day manager conveniently out for the next couple of days ..they said they wiuld call me back ...im...
