Lands' End — Attraction in Paramus

This place has quality materials posted all over their ads and well I must say that it's true. It's a little pricier than your average fall/winter clothing store in your local malls and stores, but the style and quality of material make up for the price. I've always believed that sweater vests are pointless in the cold weather.. like how could they possibly keep you warm.. but upon examining the threading and the texture of the materials, while I impatiently waited for my friends to finish shopping was mind bottling. I just kept plucking and rubbing all the jackets, vests and coats in my vicinity one after the other. I mean yes we all wanna be warm and cozy, but sometimes we just wanna be stylish and comfortable a little bit more.. so wearing a big bulky coat isn't in our best interests.. but these selections of vests, coats and jackets (even sweaters) were made with such nice materials and stitched perfectly to adhere to your body and reserve your natural body heat, while offering ventilation simultaneously and STYLISH APPEAL.. I will definitely visit their website and attempt to buy some of their apparel soon for the upcoming brutal winter NJ is about to have.. I can literally feel it in my bones lol. If I had a car, I would travel back to the store in Bergen View Mall.. but that's toooo far away from Jersey City lol. I have a keen eye for art and creativity and the details of a big picture, if you get my jist. So that's how I'm able to review things in the most subjective way I can. And...

Purchased a woman’s vest that needed to be returned. I understood that I would get a refund for the purchase minus the S&H. I choose to ship it back by paying not US Parcel Post because that would take forever. They received the vest and I had to contact them to get my refund and when I did they took $16.37 off the refund amount. Don’t know their math but didn’t add up to me so I contacted them “again”. Explanation was that was for handling LOL so I asked in yet another email that it was $6.95 for “S&H” well she then gave me an additional credit for $9.42. Here’s the clincher ... I ordered another vest (before all this happened) and received it in the wrong color! I’m guessing I’ll get whatever it the amount and whenever they get the chance to get around to it. Just thought people should know even if the “policy” seems in place it’s not always. My thoughts are if they make you wait long enough you’ll forget about it and take what they give you. Buyer beware...

I visited the store tonight as I needed to return/exchange some items for a different size. The store has been opened for 2 weeks now, and has a very fresh look. Nice fitting rooms, good mirrors and the whole still is bright and airy. While the store looks very well stocked, it only has a fraction of the clothing styles that are available online or in the catalog. It's nice to be able to to try on in the store, but if they don't have the color you want or a specific item, they can order it online for you right there in the store with free shipping to your home. The staff wss very helpful and pleasant, and their customer service was excellent, I really commend them. Overall it was a great experience.
