Crumbl — Restaurant in Paramus

I went to Crumbl cookie for the first time ever about two weeks ago and this was the location we decided to go to. The wait was about 20 minutes on line, but it was to be expected. The cookies were very good in my opinion! Staff were very attentive and the facility was very clean and well attended to. My review isn't so much about the service I encountered that day, but I have been reading through the replies to reviews on here, and I am noticing that "good" reviews are getting unique replies, while not so good reviews are getting the same dry replies over and over again. If there is a question being directly asked on a review here, it would be in the best interest of the person reading these reviews to actually try to answer the question rather than just going with the same copy and paste response each time. For instance, I read one review that asked how this location can run out of a particular cookie flavor so early in the morning, but instead of answering, they were given that same response. Just an observation, but I think the actual "real person" response could make the difference. Especially since I read that many of the not so good reviewers felt either ignored or not listened to while waiting long periods of time for...

Hello, I have absolutely loved the crumbl cookies in Paramus, NJ at the Bergen Town Center. I would have loved to give you a 5 star rating, but unfortunately, I'm unable to because I was highly unsatisfied with today's customer service. When I walked in, no one was there to greet the people in front of me for a while until people who have been waiting for a long time began to speak up. When I was helped, although there was eye contact, I wasn't necessarily met with a smile. Then aside from that, a worker named Zue Hailey was overall displaying terrible customer service. She bombastic side eyed me when she handed a person their order, and overall, every time she spoke to someone when she gave them their cookies, she didn't exemplify kindness, she gave attitude to nearly everyone she helped. I waited nearly an hour to receive my cookies, and when I was showed my cookies, I was supposed to have a big waffle cookie and instead, I have several mini cookies. The picture I have shown below is to reference the lack of urgency because there were a lot of angry customers, and the workers at Crumbl were not working with a sense of urgency. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Crumbl. I placed an order at 8:12 a.m. for a scheduled pickup at 3:30 - 4 p.m., thinking that would give them plenty of time to prepare for simple cookies.

When I arrived at the store, I had to wait for an additional 1 1/2 hours before anyone even addressed my order. after a very, very long time of waiting, and we finally got our cookies. As we were waiting on the line for MOBILE ORDERS there were so many people who just got given the cookies before us without even waiting online and there are so many people around that it was so so SO busy. They didn’t even tell us anything just handing us the box so me and my friends go to eat the cookies by seating and to find out as we open the box that two out of the five flavors we wanted they didn’t even give us without even saying anything!! This is the most stressful experience of my life. It was a complete waste of time, and the lack of communication and organization was incredibly frustrating. Next time I’ll drive to Wayne because they actually give you your cookies...
