Not sure where to start this review: It was our first trip to Catch Air on Sunday, 7/24 approx. 11 am an hour into them being open. We walked in and the first things we noticed was the BEYOND HORRIBLE smell!!!!! Also you are not greeted by happy faces at all. The manager I was told her name was Justina (she was in all black and had no name tag) came over to tell us we need to create an account and then walked away. I could barely create an account because the smell was so bad!!! It stunk like dirty diapers. I asked about the smell and Justina said that it was because of Shop Rite … then she and the other 2 young ladies behind the counter each grabbed a Lysol aerosol can and began spraying. So now we are dealing with the dirty diaper smell and on top of it Lysol. They were spraying right there in front of you so you are choking on the fumes and chemicals from the Lysol. When we went into the area with the foam balls there was garbage all over the floor … I went to the counter to advise them that they was dirty garbage all over. The manager Justina had an attitude. I also advised them that they did not have the AC on and it was a horribly humid hot day out and the smell plus the heat was unbearable. The temperature inside this venue was horrible. The AC should have been running properly to maintain a comfortable temperature, but it was not. The place is very sticky and just grossed me out. For most adults you will be disgusted with this place but your child will absolutely love it because they can run, jump, climb and slide and be free. The part that really grosses me out is that you cannot wear shoes or be barefoot but yet one of the birthday party rooms had a mom walking all around the facility barefoot. You cannot wear shoes in the bathroom so the same dirty socks you wear in the nasty bathroom are the same socks you are wearing and tracking filth throughout the indoor playground. There were 2 young men that I saw working and they were actually working diligently and going around vacuuming the lobby and working in the party rooms. The women on the other hand looked to be hanging out together and not professional at all. The manger Justina was so miserable and if she was the one in charge then it is no wonder why this place was being run so poorly yesterday. The manager Janixy came out from some room and was beyond unprofessional … I see why there have been so many reviews regarding her unprofessionalism. Now this is the real kicker … there was a birthday for a girl Corrina in the corner party room … Stephanie sprayed the LYSOL and fogged out the entire room and then shut the door behind her before the guests went into the party room. The horrible part was she sprayed LYSOL all over this little girl’s birthday cake that was on the table in the party room. She then proceeded to just spray Lysol as she was walking from the party room to the front desk, spraying it on children and all. It was unbelievable! I saw lots of cameras in this place but I am confident no one is monitoring them because if they did they would see how unhygienic this establishment really is and would probably be shut down by the health department. There really should be staff that goes through the playground routinely to see if things are clean and being maintained. There were pieces of the black rope that broke and were just lying in the playground. I feel bad for parents who paid a ton of money to have a party at this place because it was so disgusting. Whoever the owner of this venue is … should really be more mindful of the management and employees. People wouldn’t mind paying more money for admission if the facility was clean and being run properly and professionally. You pay for what you get … it’s obvious these employees (particularly the girls) did not care about their job or the facility! I would not suggest that people go here until proper cleaning measures are taken and staff is trained and more professional. This place has such potential to be absolutely AMAZING but when you cut corners this...

Awesome experience for my son's 1st birthday party. All of my guests and their little ones were so thrilled by the dance party and the Shark character that danced with us to my son's favorite song "Baby Shark". The bubbles and party lights were a cute touch. During the dance party, they played a slideshow of my child that I put together on a USB. An odd thing was that some pictures for the slideshow on the Big Screen (I almost cried watching it #ProudMom #tears) were rotated on the big screen. I'm not sure how that happened when they were upright on my computer. Suggestion: maybe parents should have a slideshow test run in advance. It wasn't a big deal tho. The focus was mostly on the little ones dancing on the dance floor and the shark. So much cuteness! I had little ones from 1 year old to 11 years old, and they all were thoroughly entertained with the slides, teacup spinning seats, jungle gym, trampolines, and interactive screen games. The music selection was fun, energetic, and kid friendly. In the party room, there is a screen with YouTube, and you can select your own music. I had a DJ friend in charge of that. The air conditioning in the room was great! The pizza was delicious. The facility and bathrooms were clean and maintained their cleanliness throughout the entire day. The party was two hours long, but we stayed to play after the party until closing time. Kids can play after the party, which was a BIG Pro in the decision making on a venue for late arrivals. The check in was easy for my guests. The staff were kind and extremely organized with my belongings and gifts and guests' shoes. The staff were patient every time I called asking my many questions to prepare for the party. I met with Janixy, the manager, a week prior to sort thru some details. A few days prior to the party, a staff member called me to finalize the pizza order and guest count and review the details. Very important things: DO NOT FORGET YOUR SOCKS!! You can only wear socks to even enter the play area. Snacks have to be individualized. No bowels of chips or 2L drinks. No cups or straws. So we had little baggies of chips, pretzels, etc. We also brought in a cooler with ice filled with canned and bottled drinks, which was allowed. Honestly, this worked out so well. The guests self served quickly. Pick-up-n-go. Awesome! Insight: the room that was assigned for my party fit my party of 33 adults and 12 children just right. So we needed much organization. No room to keep walking around. There are other rooms that are smaller. However, the rooms are assigned by staff's discretion. So be mindful if you are planning to have a big group. I have to give special thanks to STEPHANIE, our party coordinator. STEPHANIE made the party happen so smoothly from start to finish. I had decorations for the party room, and she knew my vision for the room immediately. We conquered it effortlessly. She stayed on top of everything else during the party as well. As I was saying good bye to my guests, the cleaning was just about done, and my decorations were safely stored. I had a few banners and a backdrop and props for the tables. Nothing too intricate. I gave away to each child the Baby Shark themed balloons that I brought to avoid having a large load on the way home. Stephanie handled any requests swiftly. She was excellent! I must take into consideration that it was 4th of July weekend. I partially expected it to be less congested since indoor activities are usually not the preferred activities, and most people are out of town. So the facility was easily enjoyed. We thoroughly had a...

I had my son's birthday party here this past weekend. He was so excited and counting the days to get to is 6th birthday for over a month. He was thrilled to be able to talk to the party coordinator a few days prior to the party to select details about the party including balloon color, napkin color, cupcakes, ice cream and pizza. After the conversation with the planner, I was so excited as well to get to the party and see him enjoy with all of his friends. Thankfully, nothing could have ruined his birthday but the experience from the moment we walked in the door at Catch Air began to deflate my excitement. The disorganization at the front with shoes, presents and getting stamped in only continued as the party progressed. Some of the guests were waiting to enter for over 15 minutes. Obviously, the staff at the front desk serves party boys and girls throughout the day but they didn't even wish my son a "Happy Birthday" when they knew he was the party boy. The place was seriously under staffed and left a lot of room for accidents and collision. There were at least 3 parties occurring at once which were poorly announced over the speaker system which created confusion and chaos which was further magnified by the lights off and dance bubble party. Our party planner did the best job she could with the situation but she was not available as she was being pulled to be the "mascot " for other parties. We were supposed to jump/play for the initial 1.5 hours and have pizza/cake following that. THey allotted 30 minutes in the room, messed up the pizza/food order in a very embarrassing way. There was hardly enough pizza for the kids and the poor parents were left hoping for a crust of their child (when I ordered twice the amount). There were not enough tables for the kids which left me and my guests getting the additional table and chairs for the children. We were supposed to get ice cream which was never offered! We did have a bunch of extra children (siblings and late rsvps) so when the cupcakes were presented (12 for the 15 originally anticipated) they said that was all that we could have. As an organization, one would think that they would plan for more to avoid disappointment by their paying customers. I was left to decide cutting the cupcakes or just not offering at all. We opted to forego offering the cupcakes to the guests. I did bring a cake which ended up coming out after what looked like it had been shoved around. The party planner was unable to serve pizza, cut the cake or serve the cake as she was being pulled to other tasks and trying to mitigate the damage of the errors of the party. Other party planners were coming in and kicking us out as the next party was scheduled to enter the room . When we asked for tape to tape up our box for the cake they actually said they did not have tape initially?!?!? discussed concerns with two of the managers who did not seem to be equipped with the skills to manage a team of people and/or their customers. The one manager actually offered me a free pass to come back (which was already included in the price of the party) as if he did not hear any of my concerns. It felt like a joke. I realize now that there were additional party items that we were not offered but included in the price. The bill was over twice the amount of the original price on the website. I am giving 1 star because my son still had a good time. I am so disappointed in this organization and would not recommend anyone having a party at...
