BEWARE - MY MONEY WAS STOLEN.
We ate in person and we were happy with the experience. I then placed an order on 7/4 for delivery, spending $65.15, and I was missing TWO sandwiches totaling $23 missing. Luckily UberEats assisted me. They have great customer service. The next day on 7/5 my husband went in person and spent $88.26 for takeout. He got home and saw the BL Burrito was missing. We immediately tried to call the location but Bluestone Lane is set up NOT to receive phone calls. I can only assume this is to benefit the business as it clearly does not serve the customer. You are prompted to email them. What business does this? I reached out via email the same day, 7/5, and still my money has not been returned. I call this STEALING. Now there have been 9 emails back and forth, various people, no help...now no response in 3 days. If you want to lose your money, not be able to reach anyone via phone, waste time on many emails, and have no resolution than eat here. If you don't want your money STOLEN go elsewhere.

Update:
Finally after TEN days and MANY emails it seems the only reason I was refunded was due to my review here. I was notified via email where I saw the entire chain of emails where the customer service rep, Abby, tried placing blame on me for “not wanting to provide anything” referring to the receipt number. Who keeps food receipts? I provided the date, ticket total, form of payment and every single item ordered. This has been a nightmare. I have never come across a service business that purposely chooses to not...
Read moreI hate leaving this kind of review, but after much thought I decided to. It was our first visit and the place looked pretty clean and nice. The staff greeted us and seated us. That was it. We sat there waiting for someone to help us, but no one came. There was a wait staff that was standing in my view chatting with someone and she clearly saw us, but ignored us. I heard other staff chatting, but no one came to us. After several minutes, we realize we can order using the QR code on the table. Okay, so we order and the server, not the wait staff, comes over with our oder. She was nice, but she did nothing more than bring us food. We just assumed this is how it is done. However, there were other patrons who came in and the wait staff that was in my view went over and took order, gave them water, which she did not for us. I guess this place only wait on selective patrons. I even tipped them 18percent when we paid when we ordered our food(which is their asking tip), but we received no service besides someone bringing our food. No one, not once came to even check on us. The food was good, but I would never go back or recommend to anyone. Hope everyone else is treated better and enjoy...
Read moreDon't order the "banana bread" from the "Pancakes and Sweets" section. When they brought out my order it was a single slice of banana bread. That's it. I thought the rest of it (another slice, berries, pecans, syrup, etc) was coming but it did not. I asked the waitress and she said that's the banana bread and I said no and pointed to the item on the menu and then she said "oh I'm not sure what happened I'll go get the right order." After about 10 minutes and the rest of my group already eating their meals someone else brought back the ONE SLICE of banana bread, I kid you not -- I asked what is going on and they brought it back to the kitchen again and said the correct order will come out soon. After about another ten minutes, still nothing so I just asked for them to just pack it up to go (I should have refused it at that point but didn't want the restaurant taking it out of the waitress's paycheck). I think I got one "sorry about that" at some point for the mistake and time wasted.
Advice to bluestone: maybe don't be cute with the naming of your food items on the menu if your staff can't tell the difference between an "entree" version of something and the "side" version...
