I recently dined at this restaurant and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a friendly, attentive staff that made me feel right at home.
The menu is a haven for health-conscious diners, offering a wide variety of delicious, nutritious options. Every dish I tried was bursting with fresh flavors and expertly crafted. The ingredients were clearly of the highest quality, and you could taste the care and creativity that went into each meal.
One standout was the quinoa salad, which was perfectly balanced with a delightful mix of textures and flavors. The smoothies were equally impressive, packed with fresh fruits and vegetables, and provided a refreshing complement to the meal.
What I loved most was the commitment to health and wellness without sacrificing taste. The restaurant’s dedication to using organic, locally-sourced ingredients truly sets it apart. It’s a place where you can indulge in fantastic food while knowing you’re making healthy choices.
I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Whether you’re looking for a nutritious meal or simply a great dining experience, this place delivers on all fronts. I will definitely be returning soon to explore more of their amazing menu. Five stars...
Read moreI used to love this place and my girlfriend and I have been eating here for years. They used to give you a great serving of delicious food, but now... not so much. I would say the last 3-5 times we have went here we have been served barely any food in our bowls, to the point where we can actually see the bottom of our bowls prior to eating anything. There is not enough rice in the bowls and I pay for extra chicken and the servings are still nothing like before. My girlfriend on the other hand eats like a bird and she even finds herself hungry after finishing her barely even half filled bowl... Its a shame because there is a lot of variety when it comes to all the combinations you can make with all the different toppings, etc. Furthermore, this location seems to need more workers as their wait times can get abysmal. I order online often and I find myself waiting 10-30 minutes after the pickup time of my order, even when it is not busy inside the restaurant. It is not worth paying for a dinner that will leave you hungry once you finish eating it, especially after waiting ridiculously long for it. Its a shame because my girlfriend and I used to look forward to eating our CAVA every week, but as long as these problems persist we will not longer be...
Read moreToday was my third time here. Cava follows the Chipotle model, with a cafeteria-style line and multiple choices of food items in your bowl. It's similar to Eons, in that the theme is Mediterranean food, but Eons tends more toward the Greek side than Cava.
Portions are plentiful. Whatever combinations you choose will yield interesting and unique tastes and textures. Prices are fair.
Pros: Lots of food choices, and lots of included extras Food is fresh and very flavorful Cava sources it's produce and meats from local and regional farms All hummus and sauces are made in-house Lots of beverage choices, including Maine Root soda, made with cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup Plenty of seating both in and outside, and clean bathrooms
Cons: Very little of the menu is organic or non-GMO, unlike Eons or Chipotle Menu and food options can be a bit confusing to the neophyte Daily specials like soups and proteins could be posted on a board somewhere, but are not When it's crowded, the staff can tend to rush you through the line which can get a little frustrating
Overall this is a nice treat every once in awhile. Just go when you're hungry, as the portions are on the...
