UPDATE: 1. Texting customers hate is such a good business strategy loll You sent one mover to move a large piece of furniture. You couldn’t physically lift it in the house without my help. You were not prepared to move my order. I had to help you get it INSIDE You left over 6 foot long scratches in the floor because you refused to use slides. I had to move a rug and a chair out of the way. It’s hardly actual issues in clutter. You wouldn’t have been able to move it down the steps no matter what. We even removed the door but you instantly drove off. You jsut knew you didn’t have the manpower to move a 2-300lbs item by yourself down stairs. You needed an excuse because of the poor planning of not sending two people. It’s not my fault your lifting ego was bigger then your actual strength.
Recommend a horrible mover. Overpriced shipping charge to have our floors completely scratched up wood floors/tile entry and didn’t even put furniture where it was needed to go. Who would recommend a company that sends one guy to make excuses for not being able to...

Eric came over to inspect my items and give me a pick up date. Seeing as how I was not coming back to the States, I gave the store the key to my building and apartment.
I NEVER received an inventory list as to what they took, or any form of contract on how they would pay me.

During Eric's visit, he remarked that a 24" x 36" lighted & animated Margaritaville Tequila sign was "very cool" and he might buy it himself

RUDE to the buyers. RUDE to the consignors.
I've personally watched "Eric" who I think may be the owner or someone in management treat people like they are stupid and bothering him....in a thrift shop.....where does this guy think he works ? Wal Mart is a step up.
The Manager Michelle is extremely RUDE as well, and it rubs off on the subordinates who all have the same " I'm so busy " demeanor.
The prices are high in comparison to what you can pay at 3 thrift shops literally within 3 miles of them.
The only way they must be in business is because they prey on the " stupid " who consign there and accept their measly percentages.
What a joke. I won't buy a thing...
