This location simply cannot get their stuff together. Out of all the times that we have ordered from this location they have gotten the order right maybe 25% of the time. Something is missing or the order was made wrong the rest of the time. Using the online order feature does not seem to help either. You would think that removing the opportunity to mess up the order would improve the accuracy of the product, but not for this location. Check your order before your delivery driver leaves and check your order before you leave when doing carryout. There are no resolutions for the issues either. I do not look for hand-outs and I am a very understanding individual, things happen, but there are no comps given for poor service. Yeah, sure, credit me $0.50 for that cup of sauce you didn't deliver, or have the driver bring me the rest of my order 30 minutes after my food has been delivered - The thing is, I wanted my sauce and my order right. I could understand making a mistake once or twice, or even on occasion, but the poor service at this location is consistent.
Even though the Pizza Hut on Bagley is closer to us, they unfortunately do not deliver. IF we ever get Pizza Hut again, we will simply elect to go pick it up because the Parma Heights location has officially lost...

UPDATE: called Pizza hut next day because they would not answer. Guy told me I waited 12hrs to report yet explained they did not answer phone. Guy tells me that yeah we close at that time. Asked him for a refund he say no we DONT DO THAT, IT WILL BE STORE CREDIT.I said no I wont order again. I then said I filed BBB because the nasty hair, he said you will get store credit..we DONT GIVE REFUNDS..The only solution was to have new pizza delivered which I did..I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Guy then explains girl that works always wears a hairnet..explained I posted to reviews with hair & Im blonde..The only thing he could agree to was a new pizza. New pizza was fine but will be going elsewhere as there are tons & tons of PIZZA places...
Read moreWe ordered pizza online. The order went through fine. I got a “track my order” text to my phone. I thought all was well. Waited 2 HOURS and then contacted this pizzahut. They said they didn’t open until 2 pm.. despite it saying online that they open at 11 AM. The app worked, which I don’t understand, if they were truly closed. Anyway, They said I had to re-submit my order. So I did. And after another hour and a half of waiting, my order came.
They left off all the toppings on the pizza that I ordered. I didn’t get cups of sauce that I ordered. The order was totally wrong. So we called them to complain. They said I could get store credit or they could re-do my order, but it would be a long wait since they had no drivers, or I could pick it up. Picking it up wasn’t an option for us so I decided on store credit. Not sure I even want to bother using the credit after such bad service though. A refund would have been the correct option but they would not do that.
