Such a fantastic experience! The interior is stunning and comfortable, the ladies working there are so lovely, and my cappuccino and crepe were both delicious. Brava to whoever did the shopping. The drinkware, silverware, dishes etc are spot on. The tile at the bar, the tube lights, even the menu on the wall are just so cohesive and thoughtfully curated. I’ll be back. Edit: after reading some of the negative comments I feel compelled to challenge them. Prices: a brand new small business with high quality ingredients will be priced accordingly. You can clearly see what everything costs before you order…
Item availability: supply chain issues are affecting massive corps like Starbucks and Chipotle so yes, it’s not unfathomable that Cafe Blanc would have some issues too. Does it make sense to rate them poorly for that reason? (No it doesn’t)
Dietary: if you are gluten free by choice or by necessity you’re already aware that many places cannot accommodate. The staff at Cafe Blanc is making artisanal European pastries. Fresh. Daily. I can’t understand what isn’t clicking for people..
Folks, every day people complain that all we’ve got in town is fast food, vape shops and car washes. Every day people lament that we don’t have chic & unique small businesses in town. But now that we’ve got this absolute gem, you’re gonna complain about the fact that it’s not perfectly tailored to your exact preferences?! Enough. Parma Heights isn’t really even accommodating to small business; Au Jus tried to lease a space here and ended up having to go to Parma instead and we missed out on an awesome business. Cafe Blanc chose our community and they’ve created something special here. If their price point or menu doesn’t suit you, that doesn’t mean they deserve a poor review. Don’t be miserable....
Read moreI would like Google to have half stars, because I rated this place 4 stars but it's likely more 3.5. However it's not fair to guve them a 3, as it is not that low. Growing pains on this place for sure----the ordering area is a bit chaotic and disorganized. They need more staff to meet demands. Counter style ordering, but menus are only on counter, which slows things down. You take a buzzer to your seat, but as other reviewers have mentioned, you will get a buzz for each separate item in your order. I ordered an iced tea----and that took 25 minutes to come out. Spinach crepe took another 10. The line for ordering took 15 minutes and I was second in line. Staff is nice and friendly but clearly need a better system. If you're looking for a quick bite or quick coffee this is not the place!
My crepe was good, but wasn't something I would rush back for. The iced tea was terrible... I had ordered a black tea and the counter staff said that they didn't have straight black tea, but had a black tea with rose in it. I ordered that, but the chemical taste in the tea was so strong that it was undrinkable. One sip and threw it out. Would certainly be nice if they had just regular tea flavors in addition to their specialties.. Black, green, etc.
The atmosphere is neat, and it is a bright and light space. However, with all the chaos at the ordering counter, It is not somewhere I would go to work or read. And there were several people standing around looking for tables, so I immediately left after finishing my crepe. There is an upstairs area, The tables were filled there as well. Also, the upstairs need some better lighting as the tables away from the windows are fairly dark.
I would definitely be willing to try this place again in a few months after they settle in. Hopefully they can work...

I really wanted to give Café Blanc a second chance. When it first opened in 2024, we visited about a month in, but the crowd, influencer culture, and long wait times (even on weekdays) made it nearly impossible to enjoy. The crepes were overpriced and underwhelming, and the space itself felt chaotic, with dirty tables and no real sense of order. We chalked it up to "new business hype" and decided to wait before trying again.
Today, nearly a year later, we gave it another shot, and unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing.
Although the initial wait wasn’t long when we arrived (a rare weekend lull), we placed an order for drinks and crepes. The drinks came out promptly, but the food? Completely forgotten. After over 90 minutes and watching multiple guests who arrived well after us receive their full orders, we were told it was a “system error.” By then, the damage was done.
The crepes are still overpriced and incredibly basic, and the vibe is more aesthetic over substance. While the decor may look cute for Instagram, the overall experience lacks warmth, personality, and customer care. I've been to countless cafes across the country, many just as busy, and have rarely felt so dismissed or overlooked. It seems like a well-marketed cash grab, not a genuinely hospitable space.
The seating area had stained and worn-down chairs. Cleanliness was lacking-in some areas. The energy from the crowd felt cliquish and judgmental, not the welcoming vibe you'd hope for at a local neighborhood café.
If you care only about the backdrop for a photo, maybe this place is for you. But if you value good service, fresh food, and a thoughtful atmosphere, there are much better cafés around without the attitude or the price tag.
I won’t be returning....
