Westgate Gardens — Attraction in Parsippany-Troy Hills

I stayed in this community for 2 years (July 2017 to Jun 2018). I lot of goods things about community that why I moved there but it was a disappointing experience for me. As mentioned in other review there are many problems in this community

Swim pool charge every summer without any pool at onsite. This is compulsory charge Maintenance is very rude, don't know how to talk or how to respond. Maintenance guys come in anger, like he did something wrong calling him If kids park bicycle outside in summer, maintenance will pick up and put in his garage. If you are on second floor, everyday you need to take bicycle with you otherwise maintenance will take away After leaving apartment in good condition and without any damage and giving notice 2 months before, they send statement stating full security deposit ($1865) was adjusted in apartment cleaning & repair (don't know what they repaired). I'm writing to express my concern about a neighbor who consistently smokes marijuana in their residence and out side in front of the common entrance . The smoke frequently enters my home, causing discomfort and health issues for my family, particularly my children, who suffer from breathing problems. The constant exposure to secondhand smoke is exacerbating their conditions, and I'm worried about the long-term effects on their health. I understand that marijuana may be legal, but I believe it's essential to consider the impact on neighboring families, especially those with young children. I came to know about Westgate Garden at Parsippany from one of my friend, already a resident here, & he introduced me to the Community Team, who manages entire process. I was still in India & it was about a month for me to reach in New Jersey, must say @Ashley G- you are Awesome!! - you managed every thing from documentation to the movement formalities, apartment allocation, & it was all , so clear , transparent & superb process. The apartment i moved in, was properly cleaned, newly painted, new flooring, & is spacious enough for me & my family. The neighborhood is good, & community has very friendly residents though it has been just 2 weeks but it seems, I have well settled in .
