Horrible, horrible horrible !!!!! First time customer and last time I will never come back . Me and my family were told to come back in one hour due to it being busy so we went ahead and shopped around and ate 1 hr past We decided to come back because the nail salon was right there we were told to pick our colors, my youngest daughter was seen first her nail tech was the sweetest. She took her time with her. I really appreciate that woman. Then my sister was seen next and that nail tech lady was very quick with her. She didn’t let her nails have time to dry, and then my other daughter was seen next after them . She was only seated, not even five minutes onto the table and was told to move back to the lobby and get her nails done there the nail tech lady and the lady running the front was very quick on getting the stuff to work on her before I could even say anything to them they already started to work on her . Meanwhile, when that was happening, I also seen this older lady waiting on her to be seated where my daughter was first ! This older lady had came from the back Probably from getting a pedicure and moved to the front. I understand that it’s very busy but why move a customer over to a different seating area when the lobby is full why not have that customer wait a little longer while my daughter was getting her nails done first ! Seated first then her !!!!!! . There were customers giving her side eyes and just looked and shocked like why is she having her nails done in the lobby area? Why couldn’t they move her to a different seating area maybe to the back . The lady running the front didn’t even give me a explanation on why she had to be moved or not even a apology!!!!! I was very shocked and mortified seeing my daughter getting her nails done in the seating area while strangers are there watching her and she was very uncomfortable in that chair as well. She kept moving in the nail tech lady kept trying her best to get her nails done fast..!!!!!! Not one person told me (sorry )!!!!!!! about having my daughter being seated there not one only side eyes at me and the nail tech!!!!!!!!! Very rude very disrespectful not coming back. The only nice person was the nail tech helping my kids.!!!!!! And I was supposed to get my nails done as well, but I kept getting skipped over three times the nail tech ladies just kept glancing at my daughter very rude !!! Nothing I could do anymore just wait until that nail tech was done and I was ready to pay and leave I didn’t even want to talk to the front desk, ladies. I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there.!!!!!!! Oh also I didn’t even get to have my nails done.I went to another nail salon 5 minutes away and have my nails done there I was treated with respect there I wished I should have just brought my family to that nail salon from the start!!! In conclusion, this place was horrible no apology. I only want to say thank you to the nail tech helping my daughters to the rest of the employees there y’all guys really need to show more respect and have...
Read moreI have been going to Lalla Pedi spa for over 1 year now. I have always left very happy with my services and the customer service. I have referred many people to Lalla as I’ve tried other salons around and was not happy with the service or the work. However, my last 3 visits have not been the best. In October I wanted the same purple plum color on my nails (dip) and toes regular polish. The nail tech doing my nails grabbed the wrong color and the gentleman doing my pedicure told her that I was the wrong color. The nail tech then laughed it off and said “It’s ok! I will just paint over it with gel”. I was also charged extra for the gel on top of the dipped! In November, I was asked for dip with a gel design. Once I showed the nail tech what I wanted she responded with an eye roll and let out a huge sigh. The result of my nails were great but the attitude was not necessary. Today, I was serviced by the same nail tech from November. I showed her my inspiration picture and again responded with an eye roll and sigh. She left me at the table for 15 minutes, asked me what color I wanted for my dip and disappeared again. A young man came to remove the top coat and soaked my nails. The lady then came back to work on my nails. I asked her to keep the length of my natural nails and told me “No! They are too fragile you need to add tips.” (An additional $5 charge) I appreciate the recommendation but the delivery could’ve been very different. She proceeded to do the dip and as she was filing she was very aggressive and cut my finger a few times. She asked for the inspo picture again and tried to find the best color to match. The only thing she could not match was the glitter (understandable because not many people ask for glitters). I told her it was ok and we can just do a French tip as in the photo. She then asked “what kind of French do you want?” I said I’m sorry I don’t understand what you mean. “What kind of French do you want!?” I said in sorry I normally never get a French tip I’m not sure what you are asking me. She then slams the file down and uses her finger the draw out a French and a deep French tip. I asked her for what was in the photo. She again rolled her eyes and proceeded to apply the polish. She does fingers on my left hand and asked if I liked it before it was cured. I said no I’m sorry that’s not what wanted. She responded by saying “What you want is and extra $10!” As I had already been at the salon for 2 hours I asked her to please just finish. I go the check out with the manager and she said to see my nails. I told her I was not happy and it’s not what I wanted. She dismissed me and gave me my total of. $75! I left the salon crying because not only did I waste 2 hours in the chair, I did not get what I wanted, I was not offered to come back another day to fix may nails to what I wanted, or receive and apology. The customer service has really declined from a year ago to now. I am very...
Read moreSo me and my friends used to go to those massage chairs in the mall and pay about $1 for 3 minutes of a chair massage and we started thinkin how sick it would be to start a business where we can have some alcohol while in the massage chair. So we started thinking more about that idea then thought it would be kinda cool to have alcohol with a foot massage while the massage chair is tenderizing our back muscles. Then we thought it would be cool to have alcohol, a foot massage in the "back-tenderizing" massage chair while getting our toenails worked on (cuz my toenails needed help apparently). Then we thought it would be cool to get a foot AND leg massage while sipping alcohol in the "back-muscle-tenderizing" massage chair with chill music in the background. When we told some other friends about our great idea they said "Yeah its called a pedicure and you go to a place called a nail salon duh"! Ok so we came to Lalla Pedi Spa and im blown away. They got it all figured out! The whole process is like a science to these ladies. The first thing i noticed walking in was of course the drinks, aww yeahhh, and immediately im in my massage chair with my feet in a hot water bath shaped like a huge oyster shell. The next one-hour was bliss! I could do this every few days or so after work! And literally i dont know how it was so inexpensive. I got the Glowy Lovely package (yeah i know guys, the name is a bit funky to say out loud, so i just pointed to the one i wanted haha) and this whole experience was epic! Just go. Its awesome! Ill see you...
