Smoothie King — Restaurant in Pasadena

I went to go get myself two açaí bowls today and while I got them I noticed they were blended with something else which is not my complain. I noticed that they just put one dollop of the açaí mixture on the bowls and had a bunch left over in the blender. I thought since they’re the ones who know how to make them, I’ll leave them to it. But after they took 10 minutes to put toppings on them they handed it to me and it was not even filled to the line of the bowl. They forgot the granola and blueberries. It just wasn’t what I usually receive when I order this exact item. It’s usually filled to the top of the bowl with the açaí mixture alone and then has topping over it touching the lid, which is the purpose of the dome top is it not?? So why when I received it, with toppings and all, it didn’t even reach the plastic bowl brim, that’s excluding the lid. There wasn’t even need for a dome top if I was gonna receive such little product to close with a flat lid. Idk I paid 20 dollars for this when it wasn’t worth my money. The other location on Spencer provides better service and product quantity for this order, not sure why there’s even a difference...

I'm trying out this location for the 1st time. Had Smoothie King 2 other times in the past week and a half. Each time was phenomenal. I usually get the Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothie, but this visit I decided to get the High Protein Chocolate smoothie from the Get Fit section with Almond Milk and a few enhancers.

I ordered the smoothie online and not even 5 minutes later, it was done. The smoothie was surprisingly delicious. I was originally nervous about trying something different, but I'm glad I did. I will get it again. The service was quick and very prompt. The 2 gentlemen were very kind, patient, and quick.

The smoothie was good. The service wasn't. I went for the first time after the gym because I didn't have enough time to make breakfast. The two cashiers were really rude. They said something around the lines of "Our customers are gonna need brail after they go blind from staring at the menu so long" so I ordered something quickly because I felt rushed. Then they said something like "We should give out tanning booth memberships to the customers". I took it as they think Smoothie King Customers are stupid and vain for going to the gym.
